Dan was awesome. He has incredible customer service, very responsive to every phone call and inquiry, and was easy to work with. Other granite folks told us they could not replace our granite unless we replaced our somewhat unlevel cabinets. Dan was very positive and gave us ideas on how work through the issues with our carpenter. In our search for the perfect granite, he personally traveled to various suppliers to view the initial slabs that we selected and told us whether they would work or not. He recommended a couple of other suppliers for us to visit, since he knew what we liked and had recently seen some new types there that he thought we might like. He understood our tastes, budget, etc. His estimate came in close to other estimates, but was approximately $200 lower across the board. We did have a glitch--the stovetop was not cut exactly in the right place. Dan had the granite re-cut from a new slab at his cost and within 1 working day. There are very few seams which are beautifully matched. Due to the glitch, Dan graciously offered to cut and finish some granite tops for two side tables and a small vanity top for a new vanity in our powder room. We were very happy with his positive, personable approach and "can do" attitude. He brought sample sinks to our home so we could see what they would look like for the vanity. After the insurance company failed to pick up the broken granite that was removed--which they required--after 5 months, Dan graciously took the salvage away from our driveway, as well. I highly recommend that you work with Dan. He has earned my future business, and he definitely should earn yours.

They did a good job. They were on time and clean.

Very nice job- counter tops are beautiful and no problems . Had a small problem with plumbing under sink leaking, but it was fixed quickly. I'd highly recommend Classic Stone.

Mike recommended removing the island and polishing in his shop as the process is very messing with lots of water. The counter was returned quickly and we were satisfied with the results. We wish we had used Classic Stone from the beginning.

Everything went smoothly. Dan was very easy to work with. When the lower level granite was put in the upper bar area was done in pieces with seams. Spoke with Dan and an agreement was easily agreed on to replace with one solid piece. Looks amazing! Had problems in the kitchen with the spray for the faucet being too close to the upper bar area and they came out and just moved the granite on upper bar area to accommodate the new faucet spray.

The whole process went very smoothly from first visit to completion.

Chris Weddige was very good to work with. We had some specific requirements for getting the work completed, and Chris was able to meet our timing. Also, when a slight problem occurred, he was responsive and resolved the issue to our satisfaction. We are extremely happy with the product, the installation, and the result. I would recommend Classic Stone without hesitation. Good work, good product, good people.

It went extremely well - I would use them again. I have referred them to my neighbor and one of my best friends who both used them for their kitchens.

Chris Weddige was great to work with in getting everything ordered. He brought over numerous sample slabs since my wife was having a difficult time selecting the color. They weren't the lowest cost quote we had but Chris was very accomidating and worked with us to get a design that we would be happy with. For installation, Chris and his crew completed the job in two days. They spent about 45 minutes the first day removing the counter and about an hour and a half the second day installing the new counters. The were obviously very knowledgeble and we felt did a great job. We decided to install a new dishwasher at the same time and they helped me get that secured before they installed the tops. The total process took about one month from the time we ordered to the final installation. My wife is very happy with the results and has already shown the counters to friends that were looking into new counters. She recommended Classic Stone to them.

They were very good. I am really pleased with the work they did. They were very efficient. The product was spot on when it was in stalled.

He is a designer. It was all through our builder so I can't remember the exact price. We would use them again in the future if we needed to.

From start to finish they were very professional. They arrived on time. After they arrived they measured our countertenors and then proceeded to give us our us our estimate, we accepted there proposal. Once the proposal was accepted they had come back later and picked up our our granite and took it back to there shop where they have a professional granite cutting table saw. Once they had cut the granite to size they came back and installed the granite. The granite looks great. The service was great.

Firstly, I discussed the fact that I was refinancing my home with a 203K remodel loan. I was assured that there would be no issues with the timing of payments as this type of loan can be long depending on the mortgage company work load. Even after several months Classic Stone did not hassle me over the final payment. I did update Dan, the owner, regularly as to the status of the final payment by my mortgage company. The sales rep (Adam) came to my home promptly on the scheduled day with all the the available samples. I picked my colors and edges and Classic Stone provided a quote quickly. After receiving the down payment my countertops & sinks were installed within a couple weeks. There were several minor issues 1) the kitchen sink they had in stock was damaged. A new sink was immediatley ordered and timely received. 2) all the pieces were not delivered but at no fault to Classic Stone but the quartz supplier and 3) the new faucets (which I purchased separately) loosened after about a month and they had to be tightened. Classic Stone hires a plumber for faucet installation. The workers were very polite and efficient. Very good communication. All in all the experience was positive and I would use Classic Stone again should that situation arise.

Mr. Dan Marsh came by the house at a specified time and showed my wife and I a few examples of their work. We talked through a handful of options for both the cabinets and the countertops. We had 2 major concerns facing this project: 1, we wanted to paint our existing very light wood cabinets white. This was a concern as we didn't want the cabinets to simply be brush painted. Dan assured us of his cabinet painting process and what the end result would look like. 2, we wanted a countertop solution that would allow us to continue to be rough on the surface, not worry about chipping, not worry about seeing smudges/light dirt, etc. Dan introduced us to the Cambria solution; my wife immediately found a color and style that worked for us. Dan's team installed and painted over a 3 day period. Because of the paint fumes, we moved everyone (4 kids and a dog) out of the house for 2 nights. By the time we returned, the project was complete. As with most projects, there are always a few touch ups, punches, etc. that need attention. Dan and crew were quick to respond and touch up anything we found (ex: 1"x2" area that needed paint, caulk). I have and will continue to recommend Mr. Marsh and Classic Stone.

I did shop around and I was pleased with their price. Their workmanship was quality. They also showed up on time and cleaned up after themselves.

During the renovation process, Mr Herzog suggested we work with Classic Stone to select our granite for the master bathroom renovation. He arranged a weekend date that we could choose; and he accompanied us to make sure we were all on the same page. We chose and at the designated time, they delivered and installed gorgeous granite. It was as simple as that, though I recognize this was made easy by Mr Herzog's coordination.

I have worked with bad contractors in the past where you never know what you re going to get, but this company was very up front and professional.
