Kathy was incredibly responsive. She had quote to me in a day and they were out within the month. They did an excellent job and I highly recommend them. The driveway looks so nice and really does help curbside appeal.

The sales representative, Cathy, was knowledgeable and professional. She has agreed to revisit a couple of small places that seem to have worn a little, but overall the driveway looks better than it did new 34 years ago.

They were wonderful! Professional and the woman that answered and gave estimate was great. Wouldn't go to anyone else! Highly recommend. First contact to the end was great!

We called Central Paving and Kathy came out promptly to provide an estimate. A few days later, we got the estimate via email. (We were unsure if we wanted a concrete driveway or to repave with asphalt. She provided estimates for both. Central's estimate was very competitive, so we proceeded. They did a great job of walking through before starting to verify exactly what we wanted. They fulfilled all my requests and were very helpful and polite. They even removed some old asphalt and concrete near the road, so that the slope wasn't so steep. It looks beautiful. The approximately 250 foot driveway (and turnaround) were paved in about a half-day.

It began to crack, and after numerous calls, came back to fix the cracks. This year, starting in May, I started calling them about the cracks again. i've called them at least every other day. They say that they will come out, but haven't. The work is under warranty.

I would give them an A in all categories. They were terrific.

The service went well. They list their number with a general answering service and I called that a couple of times and I did not get a call back. I called again to a different number and I spoke with David and then I spoke with Cathy at the office and she called back after this to give an estimate. They gave a reasonable estimate and I do plan on having this work done if it is determined that is what needs to be done. I am pleased with the response after I was able to get a hold of them.

The city of Indianapolis refused to repair my street. I hired this company due to the poor street condition after 35 years of living on the street.Crew was not provided a description of the work to be performed by the owner. I had to give them a copy of the agreed upon work contract. Crew said they could not / would not do what the owner said they should do. Said they did not bring the right equipment. Work crew was not complimentary of the ownership. Called them incompetent. After several phone calls to the owner and his wife I agreed to the work as the crew wanted to do. Lesson - always be present when the work crew shows up otherwise you have no idea what would be done and if the amount charged is reasonable. I felt the crew was cutting corners vs. what the owner promised. I would use them again but only with caution.

They cleaned the old driveway surface and prepped it for new work. they laid new asphalt in two layers on the sides where the drive had sunk into the ground over the years, and then laid a smooth top coat and compacted it well. They even compacted the edges with hand tampers to reduce the possibility of the edge breaking off.

I agreed to the job one day and they told me that they were going to do the job the next day. I was surprised out how fast they got the job done but they told me they were finished with the job and I just glanced out the window and it looked ok so I paid them. The next day I was out inspecting the driveway and could see that there numerous issues, mainly regarding the slope of the driveway as it pertains to draining water. I found them in the neighborhood working on some of my neighbors driveways as well and I spoke with them and they said they were going to fix it but of course they never did. I spoke the owner/employees personally 6 times but they were just lying to me until they could get out of town and back to Indianapolis.

Company poured new driveway. Company was honest and patient with our background checks and had nothing to hide when we asked questions.

At first conversation, she suggested that we consider the drive repair in sections as it was a big enough that we couldn't afford doing the entire drive. We chose the worst to do first and had two downspout pipes buried under the drive then covered. While we had to work at getting return calls and the depth of the surfacing is higher than expected in some spots, we are pleased with the outcome.

One of the owners came out to look at our driveway and explained to me what they would do. On the appointed day the workers came on time and completed the work on time. A few days later a friend noticed a dip that I hadn't noticed and it concerned me so I called Central Paving. It took several phone calls before someone came out to look at it and explain to me why it was OK. The several phone calls are the only reason I gave them a B in responsiveness.

Central Paving did an outstanding job on our driveway. We have a large asphalt drive that had several alligator cracks, low spots and some bad areas which were getting worse with time. Although we did have lower bids from other contractors, we knew having the drive repaired correctly was going to be a larger expense. We had seen the work Central Paving had completed on other drives in our neighborhood & we decided we were more comfortable having them do the work. They transformed the driveway where it looks absolutely brand new. It actually looks better than it ever looked. The men doing the work were nice, professional, and extremely organized, cleaning up nicely when they finished. You do get what you pay for, so we are very happy with Kathy & the crew at Central Indiana Paving.

We were very impressed by Kathy's promptness, professionalism, and helpful suggestions. We only wanted a partial reconstruction, but other estimators told us we needed an entire new driveway. Kathy suggested that we replace only the portion which needed replacement. The estimate was reasonable. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and were considerate of our property. when the work was done, they cleaned up completely. We had never had this type of work done before, so we were concerned about what would happen. When all was said and done, it was a very pleasant experience. We would not hesitate to recommend the company to others.

Had a new asphalt driveway installed over gravel. Excellent service and finished in one day. Everyone was courteous and professional. Did a great job and I would recommend them.

It was good, they were in and out in one day. Clean job and they did everything they said they would do.

Work was performed as discussed and as agreed - the crew moved along quickly and completed within 4 hours tied driveway into the street, sidewalk , and garage areas that have cement foundations. Central Paving used heavy equipment and cleaned up all areas involved . Recommended to a relative who also used them and was completely satisfied

I am only giving a C for response time as it took 3 calls to get someone to come out for a estimate. I told the owners son Dustin of this problem when they arrived for the job and he was glad I had let him know this as they use an answering service. Kathy, the estimator was amazing, she knows her job and is very personable. I have seen many compliments regarding Kathy on Angies List and I feel they are well deserved. The job took all day as we have a very long driveway plus a parking pad behind our house, the entire crew was very nice and the end result is that our driveway looks beautiful!

We're disappointed in how this outfit does business. They came to our door, unsolicited, and offered to pave our driveway. We asked for an estimate. It was in the $3,400 range if we had the work done right then and there. It would be $250 additional if we did it another day. We had absolutely no time to check references, get other quotes, etc. For a large expense like this, there was no time to consider the financial implications and weigh them against other household needs. We felt pressured, and turned down the "offer". If Central Paving does business by pressuring their prospective customers, we'll take our business elsewhere.

Central Paving Of Indianapolis provided a quick estimate. They came, they did a really great job, and did everything they said they would do in the estimate.

my Drive is 96ft long, The workers were very polite and courteous and new what they were doing very professional I would recommend them to any one.

I had to call them several times to get a hold of someone. When I was finally able to speak with a person, they answered the phone by saying "hello" so I had to ask if I was speaking with the correct company. I felt that was unprofessional. We agreed that they would be out the next day to give an estimate for the job, but hey never showed up and they never called back. I have since hired another company to pave my driveway.

The job went very quickly and looks great. We got a good deal because they were in the neighborhood doing another driveway. They cleaned up afterward.
