OWNER WANTED A VERY QUICK TURNAROUND ON THE ESTIMATE WHICH WE TOLD THEM WE WOULD TRY, BUT WE DID THINK IT POSSIBLE DUE TO THE HEAVY WORKLOAD ALREADY IN HOUSE. HE WAS ADAMANT AND WHEN WE COULD NOT DO WHAT HE WISHED AND WE COULD NOT REACH HIM FOR FURTHER INPUT LATER, THE ESTIMATE WAS DROPPED.
