Everything went great during the install and continues to perform great 3 years later. Don't waste your money with any of the BIG alarm companies, call this locally owned company and get taken care of properly.

Arrived on time. Professional. Fixed the problem and charged less than I expected. Very Pleased.

Because of the Angie's List reports, contacted Castlewall to see about new CCTV recording equipment. Matt came out and said he'd get back with an estimate that evening, or the next morning. It has been 2 weeks now and still waiting on the estimate. Roughly our estimate should come in between $800-$1000. If this job is too small, then the courtesy of a phone call to say "not interested" is appropriate and appreciated.

I called Castlewall Security and Video and explained that my system has completely crashed and was into an alarm condition which I could not clear. Matt arrived early in the morning the next day and in 20 minutes cleared the troubled and completely reprogrammed the security system with all zones. He also replaced the system battery because the existing battery which was 10 years old was bad. When I asked the cost Matt responded that there was no charge. I could not believe that any company would respond so quickly and then not charge for the service. Matt is highly professional and very customer focused and a terrific person.

The person who answered the phone was very nice, helpful and informative. They were unable to schedule me and told me I would get a call back. Nobody ever called me back, and two days later I found another company to work with. They man I spoke with on the phone came to my house a few weeks later. He wanted to apologize for letting me slip through the cracks and offer me their services in the future if I needed them.

It was a very short visit, but the alarms box was removed, all connections were terminated.

This work was done about 6 months ago and I am still thrilled with the job that Castlewall did. I talked to every security company I could find in the area and have a friend (out of state) in the business so I knew what I was looking for and Castle wall was the only way to go. Most of the wire runs had to have been very difficult, but Castlewall had no trouble and got everything in place quickly. I had some more challenging technical requirements but everything was completed to my specifications. I do not recommend companies this highly without good reason. If you are looking for security, home network or home automation work this is definetly the place to call.
