When we picked up the dress it was beautiful.

The cost included the product and service. On responsiveness, it's really not applicable. I probably would not use them again.

Excellent quality, looks just as good as it did prior to the alteration. Will definitely return for the next alterations I need. The pickup process took longer than expected, not sure the items are organized very well. Seemed like they needed to search and find my jacket.

I have used them just recently up here and I am so tickled. I found them on Angie's List and she is just amazing. It is a beautiful shop, beautifully decorated and very convenient to get to. They can do all kinds of things. I just had them handle a pair of pants and I was so thrilled with the way they turned out, they actually fit, right leg as well as the left and so I am just delighted. When I said how much do I owe you she said $10, I said what do you mean $10 and I think she thought she was too high, and I said you do not charge enough, as they had to take quite a lot of fabric off. So, I have decided she is my go to person for alterations.

They were very friendly in the shop. They did an excellent job. We went to her again because we had used her in the past to alter my mother's wedding dress for my daughter to wear for her first communion.

I thought they were great. They were punctual.

We needed a tux altered and told them we wouldn't be needing it for a week. But, we realized four days later we needed it for an event the next day. We called them and an hour later we had the tux, all done, and it was perfect. This was at closing time and I really appreciate their work.

We had a total of 3 visits. It should have taken just 2 visits but only partial work was done when we arrived for pickup (2nd visit). Kay is very sweet but very busy and somewhat disorganized. The finished gown, though is exactly what our daughter wanted.

It went great. This was the second time I used this provider and will continue to use in the future. She makes the dress look like it was designed for you.

They give me an exact time to pick up my items. They are efficient and do a good time.

They did a good job at a very reasonable price. I only wish they had used a piece of black suede to reinforce the hole rather than a scrap of black cotton fabric (since you can see the fabric on the inside of the coat). That would have made the difference between a good repair and an excellent one.

Carmel Alterations always does a very nice job for me. I'm 5'9, and pants/jeans are almost always either too short or too long for me. So, I buy them very long, and take bring them here for alterations. Looking good is all about having well fitted clothing, and these ladies know how to keep me looking my best. Their location is almost 20 miles from my home -- but I know their service is worth it, and I wouldn't trust anyone else.

Great, as usual. Usually when I take something in for repair or altering, I am able to pick it up about a week later. I asked if she could repair the button sooner and she offered to fix it right then while I waited! Super service for sure.

She did a really awesome job. Each time I would have little pieces done because I would want to have finer points fixed. She made a dress that was plain and ugly look really, really pretty.

After David's Bridal would not fit me in, I found Carmel Tailoring via Angie's List and took my wedding dress their. It was done extremely fast and extremely well. The ladies in there are so nice and accommodating. They seem really eager to help with such an important event and I would recommend them to anyone. Very happy. Fantastic.

The experience was great. Kay took the measurements and said it could be done in about a week. I picked it up the next Saturday. I was in a hurry, so I could not try it on there. As I expected, it fit perfectly. The pants and sleeves were the correct length and the coat was taken in for a more athletic fit. She was very easy to work with and I would recommend them to anyone.

She was very friendly I did take in some shorts that fit me real well; however I thought we would have a fitting after the material was cut. She said it would not be needed. I did not ask before how much she charged and I should have. I learned an expensive lesson! Having a skirt made before for $50.00 I never thought it would be $150.00.
