Jenny (salesperson), Jan (service manager), and Dave (installer) were universally pleasant, professional, and helpful with all the little glitches that are inevitable in even a minor remodel. They all take pride in their work and the final product shows it. We're quite pleased with the result.

Nicole was wonderful to work with. They kept at it until the job was done properly, they wanted to make sure that we were happy. They stayed on task completed the project in good time. The finished product turned out how we imagined and we are happy with it.

We purchased three vanities and three countertops from them. They installed everything we bought from them in the bathroom for us. The worker was very professional when she was there working.

It went excellent using their services. This was the first time I had used their services. I like that they do not sub-out the work. They were very professional. They finished the work sooner than they originally thought.

CKS worked with the builder of our new home to complete the kitchen. We did not build the house; we are the second owners. Nevertheless, some small parts on the cabinet doors (glass holders) had begun to break. Through a bit of research, we discovered that the cabinets had been fabricated in Shelbyville and that CKS had done the design and installation with the builder. When we finally contacted them with our desire to purchase more glass clips, we were down to only three, and we had completely removed one glass pane from a cabinet door for safety reasons. CKS was fantastic. I spoke with only two folks - no automated attendants - and they *gave* us plenty of new, improved clips to securely hold the glass panels. Good customer service, and we weren't even the original customers. Merry Christmas!

They are awesome. The workers were nice and worked hard. They tried to do it as quickly as can, by working late and coming as often as they can. The designer worked with us on price to find something in our price range. The work is beautiful.

Very nice to work with but they are very busy. I required more time and attention. I got more for my money with Accent Cabinets. If I needed cabinets in the future, I would still have them bid it. They have a good reputation so I think it is always worth checking it out.

FOR ME TO HIRE THEM AGAIN I WOULD ASK FOR TODD MORTON AND AVOID DAVE. TODD WAS VERY CREATIVE AND UNDERSTOOD WHAT WE WANTED.

THEY WERE SURPRISINGLY PROMPT. THE ESTIMATE WAS COMPLETED THE VERY NEXT DAY. ALL AROUND GOOD EXPERIENCE. THEY DID A NICE JOB.

CHERYL COBB WAS VERY CREATIVE IN WORKING WITH US ON THE BATH VANITY DESIGN. WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH THE RESULTS.

THERE WAS CONSTANT POOR COMMUNICATION, POOR FOLLOW-UP, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. NOT THE COMPANY TO USE FOR A SMALL CUSTOM WORK JOB. MEMBER WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN - AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE ELSE.

HAD APPOINTMENT, RESCHEDULED SEVERAL TIMES. FINALLY MET AND DID SOME DRAWINGS. CALLED MEMBER TO TELL HER IT WAS DONE, BUT NEVER RETURNED MEMBERS CALL.
