I will pay a reward for information leading to the correct/current mailing address and/or phone number of Ray D. Bell. Last known info: 14566 Dublin Dr., Carmel,IN...(317)319-2712.
Description of Work: I paid Ray Bell $4,514.00 for various work to be done both inside and outside my home. He intremittently only did $2,275.00 of the total work. He never finished the rest of the job ($2,539.00) in over 9 months. He now appears to be in hiding with no known phone, nor home address.

+ -1 moreVERY VERY HARD TO WORK WITH. CONSISTENTLY DIDN'T SHOW UP WHEN PROMISED. MANY PROJECTS NOT COMPLETED DUE TO LACK OF EXPERIENCE, DID NOT INFORM OF NON-COMPLETION UNTIL JOB PAID IN FULL. REPAIRED ITEMS NOT ON LIST, WITHOUT PERMISSION AND CHARGED FOR THEM. BEWARE.
Description of Work: EXTENSIVE REMODELING, DRYWALL, PAINTING, PLUMBING, ELECTRICAL, CLEANING.

+ -1 moreIT WAS A BIG JOB. SO FAR IT SEEMS HE DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. HE DID PROMISE A FEW OTHER LITTLE JOBS HE'D JUST DO AND HE DIDN'T DO THEM BUT HE DID A GOOD JOB ON THE BIG ITEM.
Description of Work: ROTTED WOOD AROUND FOUR WINDOW SYSTEM FOUND DURING OUTDOOR PAINTING. WINDOWS NEEDED TO BE REMOVED, ALL THE ROT CLEANED OUT, AND NEW WOOD REPLACED UNDER WINDOWS THEN WINDOWS REPLACED.
