Description of Work: Stored a large amount of furniture while my basement was recarpeted. The furniture was in storage for about 2 weeks. The person in charge (I wish I remembered her name, I think it was Jennifer) found a special that allowed me to rent the space for $1 for the month, the additional costs were for a lock and to insure anything in the storage. They are understaffed, there was a wait, but she was very pleasant and went out of her way to make things easy. I would absolutely use them again.

Did not use service. Information provided by phone was thorough and relevant. Went fine.
Description of Work: I was asking for prices for storage units, but did not end up renting one. Of the ones I contacted, Carmel Self Storage had the best prices. Their security is sound and access is convenient. If I need to rent storage space in the future, I will use Carmel Self Storage.

It was very clean, he was great. He even stayed way after they closed to help us and he never said anything about them being closed. Very delightful and personable guy. Would recommend.
Description of Work: We rented two big storage lockers and he was great because he was pretty tight with space and we needed an extra locker and he was able to accommodate us at the last minute.

PRICE MATCHED TO LOWEST COMPETITOR ($20 A MONTH SAVINGS) AND STILL GAVE US LATEST PROMOTION (2 ADDITIONAL FREE MONTHS). DIDN'T PRESSURE INTO A BIGGER UNIT. ONLY EXTRA CHARGE WAS THE LOCK - VERY REASONABLY PRICED.
