Description of Work: This was our 2nd master bath renovation with Brentwood, and more significant in scope. Though not without a snafu (...what remodel is?)... the professional way in which it was handled and corrected was enough for us to call them back for our kids' bath renovation and laundry room, coming up. Stacey is a great project manager, and fairly strict about keeping her promises on timelines. Her subs have also worked with her for several years, so they're rather like a close-knit family, and each is honestly really, really good at what they do. The quality of the work, for us, has always been the deciding factor, and the reason we've been willing to pay a little more, to have Brentwood do the work. They have now twice turned rooms I hated being in, into rooms I feel are very special and unique spaces within our home, and that I love to be in.

+ -1 moreStacey was recommended to me and I made an appointment for her to look at the bathroom.She was very professional and had great ideas how the small space could be maximized.. Shewas prompt with a detailed estimate of costs and a work schedule. Stacey is very organized andwas on schedule throughout the process; her subcontractors were also timely and professional. She always informed us when workmen would arrive, often on the job herself. The bathroom isbeautiful. I give Stacey and her company, Brentwood Custom Homes, the highest recommendation.
Description of Work: They completely remodeled our Master bathroom , removing everything down to the walls. Tub was removed, shower relocated, walls changed, vanities, and all fixtures wereremoved. New shower was built, vanities, quartz counter top, and all fixtures and hardware were installed.Shower and floors were tiled. Bathroom and bedroom were painted.

+ -1 moreThey weren't going to go through all of the destruction that other companies were suggesting. Brentwood was very respectful of my things and did it for less! Stacy was on sight, made sure the workers were doing the job right, cleaning up, and caring for my space. I would use her again for any projects that I had! They did everything I asked and more!
Description of Work: They put new granite in my kitchen. After it was done they came back in to reconnect all of my appliances.
