Blue Line Construction came as a referral and I am so happy to have worked with both Adam and George. They have helped us through the entire process of finishing our unfinished basement. We did not know what to expect with starting a new project, but they had great ideas to help us out throughout the process. They truly went above and beyond through the planning stage. We really did not know how to plan out our 1,200 sqft unfinished basement, but Stephen, their architect, was very insightful and has so much experience. We were able to get a bedroom and wet bar living space exactly how we wanted it. Through the building process, Adam kept communication active through emails and Jorge did a great job managing the crews. All of the crew members were just so polite and respectful!! We will certainly be using Blue Line on our next remodel project, as have already referred to two of our neighbors. Thank you for all the help, guys.

Very experienced and professional. Adam and Jorge were very knowledgable and punctual with project steps and procedures. Great recommendations on tray ceiling additional and stair landing to open our walkway up and make it more presentable! I would highly recommend Blue Line Construction and love every time I see my basement being advertised! We plan on using them on our next upcoming project, canâ t wait for our Kitchen remodel!

Highly skilled workers, working joyfully to produce quality work. Pricing was very reasonable and there were no hidden cost. I am very happy with the work done so far (Framing, Electrical, Plumbing & Drywall). Flooring & trim are yet to be done, but I have no doubt that Blueline will do fantastic job. Reaching out to the project manager was bit difficult few times for me and definitely it is something that Blueline can work on to improve. Overall, I would strongly recommend Blueline to others.

Job still not complete. Have an email between the owner Adam and me, saying he was confident the job would be completed by Dec 18th. Job is still more than a week from completion on Feb 1st. When I expressed my concerns, I was met with threats of being charged more by Adam, the owner. After speaking with multiple workers of this company while in and out of my house (little to no advance warning if and when someone would be coming to do work), this experience I am having is consistent with every other client with work in progress that they are hearing about. Adam was unable to submit the proper paperwork for permits on 3 different occasions, which held the job up for three weeks. Jorge will tell you whatever you would like to hear to put you off as long as possible, and Adam will just threaten to halt the work or charge more money. Steer clear of this company. I have dozens more examples via text and email of missed deadlines, lies, and threats of anyone would like a direct reference I am happy to provide it. Complete nightmare of an experience.

From quote to finished project we had nothing but an outstanding experience! Owners Adam and Josh were excellent at communicating any schedule changes along the way as well as ensuring we were happy with the work being performed. The crew was courteous, polite, and did a great job keeping the house clean and navigable during the entire loft renovation process. We will definitely be contacting them again for future projects!
