+ -1 moreBILL COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER AT BOTH FOLLOWING UP WITH ME AND AT RETURNING MY PHONE CALLS TO HIM. I AM SURE HE HAS BEEN SWAMPED LATELY OR HE WOULD HAVE DONE SO. HE IS EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND TRUSTWORTHY. WE VALUE HIS OPINION.
Description of Work: I CONTACTED BILL DISON ABOUT TWO TREES WE HAVE IN THE BACKYARD OF OUR NEW HOUSE. THEY LOOK A BIT SICK AND WE WANTED ADVICE ON WHAT TO DO FOR THEM, ETC. WE HAVE USED BILL DISON IN THE PAST AND TRUST HIM IMPLICITLY. BILL SAID HE'D COME OUT IN THE NEXT WEEK OR SO AND WOULD GET BACK IN TOUCH WITH ME AFTER DOING SO. A COUPLE OF WEEKS WENT BY AND I HADN'T HEARD FROM HIM - SO, I TRIED TO REACH HIM BY PHONE SEVERAL TIMES OVER THE NEXT 3 WEEKS OR SO. FINALLY, I HAD TO GET AN OPINION FROM ANOTHER TREE SERVICE. I WOULD HAVE MUCH RATHER WORKED WITH BILL, AND I STILL MAY HAVE THAT OPPORTUNITY, IF AND WHEN, WE REPLACE ONE, OR BOTH, OF THESE TREES HERE IN THE NEAR FUTURE.

HE MUST HAVE GOTTEN BUSY, AS HE WAS A NO SHOW AND NO CALLS MADE TO ME. IF HE SHOWS OR ARRANGES FOR ANOTHER VISIT, I WILL ACCOMMODATE. I WILL NOT INITIATE ANOTHER CALL, HOWEVER. I MAY OR MAY NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.

+ -1 moreMOVED TREES BEFORE, SINCE THEY WERE GROWING CROOKED, THEY DIDNT CHARGE US TO MOVE THE TREES. FOUND A HOME FOR A TREE THAT WAS SPLIT BY A FENCING COMPANY. SAVED OUR TREE BY TRANSFERRING IT. SOLD US A NEW TREE FOR EMPTY SPOT.
