Great job done thoroughly, respectfully, and quickly. Quoted price over phone for typical unclogging of drains - $105. Dispatcher called within 10 minutes of my initial call, and plumber arrived in less than an hour. He wore shoe coverings, and was very kind and explained what he found. I had called about the shower, then after shower was fixed, the plumber (Joe) asked if I had concerns about other clogged areas/slow drains, I mentioned my sink was draining slowly. He took a look, showed me there was some hair there and when I asked if it would be much more for him to do this, he said "not at all." He took care of the sink as well as the shower and the cost was as quoted - $105. I will definitely call Bedell plumbing again if needed. (I selected them based on SuperService Award and rating here on Angie's List - had not used them before).

Joe was here within minutes of my call. He quickly assessed the problem. Ruled out bad sump pump. Tracked down out line which was frozen and fixed the problem.

The company was very professional and friendly from the phone call to schedule to the service call itself. They were able to come same day and even earlier than originally quoted. They explained everything thoroughly as they investigated the problems and fixed each one completely. Very nice plumbers.

.The plumber on time came and was professional and hard working. He quoted all pieces of the job before proceeding. I was pleased he had all the necessary replacement equipment on the large truck except for the copper pipe. He returned the following day with it and an installation specialist for pipe. They had to work in some dirty areas like the crawl space but took efforts to be very clean.

I am happy with the service. They were able to come out the same day I called which was very helpful due to not having any hot water.

Each time they replace the tub and the shower unit, it's like $650. Basically, he completed everything that we had on our list in about 18 month period. I absolutely will be calling him again.

It was great service. They got here immediately. The next day they were here. They were on time. Travis was the person who did the work. He did a great job. He had to cut part of the ceiling open in order to find the leak. He found it and he repaired it.

First it's obvious after the first visit, and then calling upon Bedell for a second, the first visit was done in a timely manner and went quite well! The second visit did nothing but reinforce our conclusion to use Bedell for all of our plumbing needs. For each visit, both gentlemen arrived at our house on time. They were professional, courteous, and careful to cover their shoes and clean up after themselves. They explained what they were doing and answered all of our questions. Our sump pump was running and the output (inconveniently placed by a previous owner) was creating an ice hazard on the sidewalk. The first plumber who came out spent a long time tracing our water lines in our 1903 house looking for a break or leak. He dug through snow in subzero weather to find our water meter to check for a leak there. Once he determined we didn't have a leak, he called the office to talk through options to help us change the output & solve our ice hazard. No charges for his trip. He arranged for another plumber, whose specialty is exterior I believe, to come out and evaluate our problem. It was determined that the line could be rerouted under the sidewalk without disturbing the concrete and connected with the storm drains (legal in my town). It was an unexpected expense, but it had become a safety & liability issue. They obtained the necessary permits and line markings and did the job in the bitter cold a few days later. Before leaving, they triggered the sump to ensure it was working properly. Usually I do the 3 bid process, but we appreciated their work ethic, prompt attention, and how they treated us and hired them on the spot.

It was a tough clog, somehow we had tree roots in there. He got it out. Joe did a great job and answered my questions, etc. Thanks!

Called Bedell plumbing on a emergency situation so they sent the first available plumber out which was only 30 minutes. The plumber Joe had showed up quickly and wasted no time in completing the task. Joe went outside and shut the main water line off. Came back inside, placed shoe coverings on and proceeded to cut the water lines to the tub so that they are below the subfloor. He is friendly and courteous and knows his job very well. Would highly recommend Bedell Plumbing they are priced reasonably and are punctual and friendly, ask for Joe.

Called at 9 a.m. Was told a truck would be at my house as soon as available. Work was complete before 11 a.m., and the provider even showed me ways to avoid having the problem in the future. Clean, courteous, and very professional. Win-Win!

Bedell Plumbing provided a quote over the phone that was accurate to the penny. Other plumbing services stated that they needed to make a service call to provide a quote. They replaced the inoperative unit with a new one of the same model but improved battery back up. They were prompt, efficient and cleaned up completely after their work. The cost for the replacement was roughly half the cost of a major competitors quote.

The first two visits were to ascertain if the leak could be repaired without drilling through new tile flooring. It was decided that drilling was the only method to repair. The men that did the work, drilled on a tile that was under the dryer and tunneled to find the leak. The repair was made and the hole concreted over. I was delighted that only two tiles needed replaced. My major problem was that the tile repair was so small that after contacting TEN companies, I still had to find someone to do the repair?

The technician was very competent and polite. He quickly repaired the pipe below our sink which was corroded with debris at the nipple. He turned on the water main and the pipe was repaired, but then we no longer had water coming out of our kitchen faucet. He spoke with his boss (Jay) who labeled this as a separate issue and said we either had to pay another emergency fee ($250) or call for service on a business day when it would be cheaper. Our $200 faucet is less than a year old and was working fine and consistently. When the tech had turned on the water, it pushed debris into our faucet and blocked it completely. His supervisor decided this issue was not related, the tech left, we had paid $250, and had no water in our kitchen. We called Jay to relate our disappointment, he said that we were obviously having flow issues before since we were messing with it. This "issue" was a very slight difference between the full cold & full hot that was no big deal and was consistent from the time we installed the faucet. Not anywhere close to no water. Then he said that if he tried to fix it, it would be broken, and cost us more money. We are VERY disappointed and will not be using them again. Terrible customer service and now we have to try to fix our faucet or spend another $200 for a new one. UPDATE: We flushed the line at the shutoff valve and found lots of debris which was clogging our line. We also inspected the cartridge and flow controller in our faucet and removed the debris that was present from the tech not flushing the line prior to reconnecting it. Our sink faucet was not "shot" as he said and the lack of water was caused directly from debris due to not flushing the line. Had the tech been allowed, it probably would have taken him 20 minutes to do what we did in 2 hours. We're pretty sure Jay didn't want him to waste any more time as the next job was a water heater replacement.

I have been using the company for about 1 year. They were highly recommended to us. The technicians have all done a very good job. They are hard workers and professional. They are very helpful and scheduling has not been an issue. They are a busy company but are very efficient. It took a few days for them to do what I wanted.

I initially contacted them after reading their several positive reviews on Angie's List. Their cost was very affordable. They completed the job in about forty minutes and cleaned up well. They did a great job!

It went well. They had to cut in the dry wall to find it. They didn't have to cut out as much cast iron as they thought they would, so they adjust the price for me.

When I called I felt like they were genuinely interested in my problem. They rearranged their schedule to come to my home to replace a leaking water heater the next morning. Price was discussed prior to coming out to the job site and they billed exactly for what they estimated the job to cost - no hidden fees. They arrived almost to the minute that they said they would. In two hours they had the old water heater out and the new water heater hooked up and ready to use. At no charge, they also checked water pressure and inspected all faucets, fixtures and toilets for leaks and provided an estimate for repairing items found. Very professional and responsive. Had all necessary parts and supplies to complete the job quickly. Left no mess . Price seemed high to replace a water heater, but a power vent water heater is more expensive than a regular water heater.

They were quick in their response to our emergency needs. Explained in detail with regards to what caused our problems and promptly executed the repairs. Replaced the defective parts with quality products at a reasonable price. We referred them to our neighbors when they had a major water main break. Bedel's showed up with heavy machinery that day, repaired it promptly and left with satisfied customers. Needless to say, we were very pleased that our neighbors were happy with the service and referral!
