We have been family owned for more than 28 years and continue to invest our assets to take care of our customers, employees and communities. Description of Work: BATHROOM FAUCET STOPPED WORKING (ONLY A VERY SMALL STREAM OF WATER). JAY BEDELL GUESSED WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS, TOLD ME HOW TO FIX IT AND SAVED ME A SERVICE CALL. HE WAITED ON THE PHONE WHILE I GOT THE TOOL AND MADE THE REPAIR.

Description of Work: THE SERVICEMAN WAS ON TIME, WAS TOLD THE DAY PRIOR THAT I NEEDED A NEW FILTER, WAS TOLD THE TYPE OF FILTER, CAME TO MY HOME W/O THE FILTER, LEFT AND TOOK AN HOUR TO GET THE FILTER AND I WAS CHARGED FOR HIS TRAVEL TIME TO GET WHAT HE FORGOT. I WASN'T HOME AT THE TIME MY DAUGHTER WAS. HE TOOK ADVANTAGE OF HER BY CONVINCING HER TO PAY THIS EXTRA COST, AND I DIDN'T APPRECIATE IT. I RECOMMEND NO ONE USE THIS COMPANY.

Description of Work: I CALLED BEDELL AFTER SEEING IT ON ANGIE''S LIST TO CHECK OUT SOME WALL MARKS WHICH I THOUGHT WERE WATER MARKS, INDICATING A LEAK. THEY WERE NOT, SO THAT PARTICULAR WORK DID NOT NEED TO BE DONE. HOWEVER, I STILL RATE THE COMPANY EXCELLENT FOR SEVERAL REASONS. FIRST, JAY BEDELL CAME OUT EXACTLY WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD. SECOND, HE KNEW INSTANTLY WHAT THE PARTICULAR PROBLEM WAS AND ASSURED ME THERE WAS NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT. THIRD, WHEN I EXPLAINED THAT MY HOUSE WAS NEW FIVE YEARS AGO AND THAT I WAS UNCERTAIN OF THINGS THAT ARE JUST NOW BEGINNING TO NEED TO BE ADJUSTED OR FIXED, HE STAYED TO CHECK SOME THINGS OUT. HE REPLACED A WATER HOSE ON MY WASHER THAT WOULD HAVE SOON BEEN A PROBLEM AND WARNED ME THAT MY WATER HEATER MAY BE GOING SOON. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH BOTH HIS PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE AND HIS PERSONAL KINDNESS.
