Description of Work: Bedell Plumbing did an excellent job fixing a cleanout drain that was damaged when we had bushes removed near our foundation. They gave us a price range over the phone and it came in at the low end when they were finished. They arrived on time, assessed the problem and fixed it. We appreciated the fact that they cleaned up after the repair.

Description of Work: We have been using Bedell Plumbing and are very pleased with the service and quality of work. Their plumbers are very educated, efficient, and professional. When I call the company with a plumbing emergency, they are at our complex within the hour. I will continue to use them for all our plumbing needs.

Description of Work: They cleaned a boiler drain, replaced boiler valves and replaced a refrigerator drip hose.

Description of Work: We had a water softener installed in December. The salt level did not appear to be falling as it should for the number of times the softener was cycling. Jay sent a plumber to do a complete diagnostic test on the situation. He checked for softness at the faucets and leaks, he checked the settings of the softener. It was determined that some of the initail settings were incorrect. The plumber reset the machine. He was here about an hour and half and there was no charge.

Description of Work: I'm on a well and was getting no water to the house. Dreading the need for a weekend emergency service, I reluctantly began calling a couple "big name" plumbers. The first one said they would call back, the second one left me on the line for 20 minutes, at which time I hung up. I then called Bedell Plumbing, who not only answered promptly, but also suggested I heat the garage area where the holding tank is located. In less then 5 minutes, I heard the well kick on. Bedell's prompt answering of the phone on a Saturday afternoon, coupled with a correct diagnosis and suggestion as to how to fix it myself, rates an A+ in every category. I will certainly call Bedell Plumbing FIRST the next time I have a need.

Description of Work: I had some kitchen remodeling done and they replaced pipes under my sink and put some new things in that had to go under the plumbing.

Description of Work: I had some water leaking into my basement from my tub. Brian tracked it down to a drain not being properly caulked. He did that and then I mentioned my kitchen sink had a odor. He noticed there was no air outlet. He installed that and some how the pull hose of my Moen faucet developed a hole. No one in Indy could supply this hose so I had to order it from Moen. Jay at Bedell said he could not determine how the hole in the hose happened so he would not charge me for the service call to replace the hose. WOW. When the hose arrived Brian came over and replaced it. This kind of service is why Bedell deserves an A rating.

Description of Work: They fixed one toilet and replaced another one that was 50 years old. They knew where to go to get matching toilets for our bathroom. The replacement was quick and efficient.

Description of Work: Re-hung two handicapped accessible sinks, re-hung drinking fountains, replace sink hardware, and replaced toilet tank ballcock and flapper.
