On a Saturday morning, we tried to snake out a slow-draining shower stall. Well, it went from slow-draining to no-draining. A quick jump on Angie's List and we chose Bedell Plumbing based on other great reviews. We reached a person on the first phone call and he said he had a truck in the area and that person would be there soon. Within an hour, the truck pulled up and the problem was solved quickly and professionally. AND ON A SATURDAY!! Totally worth the $105 we paid. We will definitely use Bedell again.

It went extraordinary well. Only here maybe half an hour and took care of everything. Very pleasant to have in the house. Very efficient job and cleaned up afterwards. Excellent job!

Jay gave me an estimate over the phone. The technician came out and gave me the exact same numbers. He did the whole job in 55 minutes, It went very well. I have used them several times before and I have always had good luck with them.

Bedell Plumbing was easy to work with, and I am very happy! Erik bypassed my old water softener and restored normal water pressure to the house. Also, he ran a new water line for a new refrigerator. He was professional, competent, and courteous. I will certainly have Bedell back if I have more plumbing work to be done!

Excellent. The technician Bill was on time, professional and friendly. He worked quickly and efficiently and made sure we were happy with the work before he left.

The Technician thought he was going to have to replace the pipe leading from the toilet which would cost over $400. Upon further inspection, he realized that it was just a wax ring that needed to be replaced and to prevent any further leaks, he put a sealant around the perimeter of the pipe from below. It cost $225 to perform those tasks.

I called Bedell Plumbing in the evening (6pm) after having a terrible experience with another plumbing company that day. I spoke with Jay personally. He quickly answered my questions, was able to give me a quote for the job, and had a plumber/technician scheduled for the following morning at 8am. James, the plumbing technician, arrived promptly. He was polite and explained the job in a way that was easy for us to understand. He was respectful, and always kept us informed throughout the job. He removed our old sink and faucet, replaced it with the new one (we had already purchased it). He also drilled a hole so we could have our new soap dispenser and water dispenser in the sink. James paid exceptional attention to detail! His work was impeccable, and he cleaned up so well after he was finished. I would've never known work was even done, everything was so tidy! Overall, we would highly recommend Bedell Plumbing and will call them first for all our future plumbing needs! Thank you for such excellent service!

Plumber was very quick, thorough and polite. Professional in every way.

Overall, it went well. The only problem was that it took 2 service calls to diagnose the problem. It was not leaking by the time he arrived initially & he did no repairs. It started leaking again after he left. He came back on Monday after I had the water shut off all weekend. This time he cut through the bottom of the kitchen cabinet & made the repair.

They were asked to leave and then they backed off of what they were trying to loop me into for pricing and then they just did did what they were told to do.

Great! Arrived only a few hours after I called. I'm in the middle of a bathroom remodel that is keeping me up at night. Friendly and relatable service made me feel at ease and better about the situation. Cost of work was less than expected.

Bedell was quick to get us on the schedule for the day. Gave an estimate for what might be a spit water pipe which sounded reasonable. After getting off the phone I decided to try unplugging all the electronic components on first floor above where the noise was coming from and the noise stopped when I unplugged a DVD player that never gets used. Called him back and let him know but we will definitely call next time we have an issue. Very professional and prompt to arrange a truck.

I've used Bedell Plumbing in the past (water heater replacement) and they're service and workmanship was excellent, so I called Jay Bedell again with a garage drain problem. The plumber they sent out was terrific - on time and professional. This was not an ordinary drain cleaning - an iron grate had rusted and the collected pieces in the drain made the degree of difficulty much more severe. Anyway, I would recommend these guys for any plumbing problems you might have - they're really good!

Excellent service. I searched for a provider by calling 2 or 3 drain companies on Angie's list. All refused to quote a price over the phone. A receptionist answered the phone. She said I needed to speak with a plumber and refused to transfer my call. They said a technician would come to our house and assess the project. I told each exactly what I needed. I explained that I didn't have all day for this nonsense. Then I called Bedell; 100 % difference conversation. Again I explained the project. The receptionist got Thomas on the phone. He understood exactly what I was needing. Said $105. A few hours later Travis showed up, right on time. He was very professional, had all the necessary equipment and promptly completed the work. He showed me his truck, which he said contained all the parts for about any job; which avoided having to stop work and run to Lowe's for a pipe fitting (great for Travis and the customer). Bedell's was a great experience.

Wow. What a refreshing experience! I am working on fixes to a condo I bought and trying to get them done before I move in. I have called several contractors only to be put off, or they were too busy, or an estimate couldn't be done until they saw everything. With Bedell, it was a totally different experience! Jay Bedell called me back immediately, and I explained what I wanted done. I asked for a ballpark estimate, and he gave one with no hesitation. When I explained what was wrong with the drain, he said they would take care of that for free as long as it wasn't something bigger than what we thought. On top of that, he worked with me to find a good appointment time in the afternoon because I work. I got an appointment the same week I called! Move to the day of the appointment: I got a call an hour before the appointment reminding me about it. There was a traffic accident on the freeway, and I explained I thought I would be there on time, but could be a little late, and it was no problem. Turned out I got to the condo a half hour early. Unfortunately, the service guy was stuck in the same traffic I had been and was a little late, but not by much. I called to check, and Jay even has estimated times of arrival. He was spot on! Eric, the serviceman was very courteous. I'm a big question asker, and he was very polite and explained everything as he went along. He handled the drain first, and was able to remove what turned out to be a nail file. Next he worked on the water heater line, brought in a tarp, donned booties, and went to work quickly after explaining what would be done. He was done very quickly! And he cleaned up everything nicely, including the soap solution to check the leak. I also had a couple of bathrooms I wanted updated, and I didn't realize Bedell did that kind of work until I saw it listed on their truck, so I called the owner and we worked out a plan for me to send pictures, explain what I wanted, and Eric took measurements, saving us all an extra appointment to get a rough estimate. I can't say enough about what a refreshing experience it was to work with people who know what they are doing, and do what they say they will. These guys are on speed dial now!

They did Avery good removing the water hot and cold that was frozen, the bathroom facet was leaking and replaced with a new one we very pleased with there job

James came on time, kept me updated as he worked, and repaired my leaking pipe and replaced the shower valve and head in my guest bath. He was professional, efficient, and friendly.

Went great. Provider was friendly and took no time getting into the root of the problem. Didn't take much time at all.

This company offered THE Best service ever! When we called to have them come out to fix a problem we were having they offered suggestions over the phone that we could try that might possibly fix the situation and avoid a service call! WOW! When they did have to come out, they charged only for the work they did rather than charging a service fee to diagnose the problem. We talked on the phone with the owner and the plumber they sent out was GREAT! They were prompt, polite as could be and did a great job. We could not be happier.

They were on time and it looks good from what I can tell. A large section of pipe was taken out and replaced. The two men that did the job were very nice and helpful telling me what needed to be done. I got a written estimate and that was the charge, no additional parts were needed. They also checked my water connection as Westfield over billed me for water in June. I did not have any leaks.
