Bedell was amazing! Our shower had completely stopped draining. I called at 8am and they had a truck there by 10:30am. We had a unique situation in that the previous owner grouted the shower drain cover into the floor til. The serviceman found a solution that did not require chiseling the cover out thus damaging our shower floor. Better yet, he did it all very efficiently and My only charge was for the service call.

Had a long conversation with the owner about our water well and old water heater and the best solution for our situation. He was very helpful, and we've had no problems with the new unit in the first 7 months of service.

The repairman was courteous and efficient and explained what was being done Plumber Excellent effort He installed a brass 3/4 > 1/2 reducer After completion and cleanup he called for a price on the reducer. The person on the phone told him $20 > $30. He charged $20. I complained about price the reducer can be purchased at Menards for $4.89 and we can be certain they don't buy retail. I understand stocking and carry costs but $10 would be more reasonable.

EXCELLENT!!! It took Dale maybe 30 - 40 minutes to totally dismantle and replace all the hardware inside the toilet tank.

We can't turn it off and can't figure it out as water is pouring into our crawl space. This company is the only one that answered, came out within 30min and charged a very reasonable rate. I didn't tell them I worked at Angie's List, but this company is exactly what we need on the list. Great job!

Plumber and plumber in training arrived on time and were pleasant and knowledgeable. They replaced the shower faucet because there was very little water temperature regulation.

He gave me an estimate just in case I have to replace my garbage disposal. Had a tiny rock that fell in my garbage disposal. He basically removed the rock. He gave me an estimate just in case I have to replace my garbage disposal.

Called Bedell Plumbing on Monday and asked if they could send out a service person to examine 2 toilets that weren't working properly. We had used Bedell Plumbing previously and were pleased with their work. A service appointment was scheduled for the following morning. Paul & Dan arrived at the prescribed time, They examined both toilets and determined that the valve & float needed to be replaced in one. They performed that service quickly, cleaned the area thoroughly and answered all questions we had.

Two years ago, they came out took pictures and gave me a quote right then and there. This time they came out and the estimator said he remembered doing the previous quote. He told me they would look up the previous quote and I would receive the new quote in the mail by Monday. This was a Thursday. When I hadn't heard by the following Thursday, I called. They gave me the run around and said they would call back later that day. Of course, no phone call. I called on Friday and they told me that they needed to get their tile guys out there to quote. Of course, they never offered any explanation as to why they dropped the ball for over a week and were not communicating with me. When I asked why they didn't need to get the tile guy out two years ago, Jay got very argumentative and accused me of wanting the same quote as two years back. I didn't, I just wanted to get on with the work and was questioning why the delay/lack of communication in the process and why the tile guys quote was not necessary two years ago. As he was yelling at me, I decided this was ridiculous. If they aren't timely and willing to communicate when they are trying to get your business , the job would not go well.

The service went extremely well. We needed a water heater immediately, and they sent out a member of their team that same morning to install the replacement water heater. They were extremely friendly. The price was middle of the road compared to other local competitors.

Put in a request for an estimate to replace faucet (hose had broken and we decided to replace). They called me back the next business day with an estimate of $175. (Another highly rated company quoted an estimate of about $288.) We scheduled the work for the following afternoon. Technician was about half an hour early. Polite, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful. Advised me about the lifetime warrantee on the Delta faucet. No trip charge.

They did not respond to my inquiry for service. I used them previously for some work last year without any issues.

I believe they did a good job. As always, time will tell. However, I regret not getting other estimates. i was in a bit of a hurry and even though I was fairly shocked at the bid price, I went ahead and authorized the work. As they drove away I could not shake the feeling that I had paid significantly more than was warranted under any reasonable analysis. My bad for not getting bids, which is my only advice to others. Cost was $2,250. PS, after all done and paid, I asked how much the materials were to try to justify in my mind the cost but was told they didn't figure projects that way. I'm not sure how you figure a project without estimating your materials cost. In other words, I was given no information that made me think the price was reasonable. Please remember, I blame me for not doing enough homework, not them. Also the project was delayed a few days and not done in one due to being pulled to emergencies. Understandable given the nature of the business and not an issue to me. Finally, projects like this leave a mound of dirt. I knew this and they advised me also at the start. It does look worse than i expected, but I'm not sure what else they could have done. They said hand tamping the soil would break the pipes, which i have some doubt about but certainly would not want to damage the job as I'd hate to spend any more on this project.

I called to set up an appointment to find and repair a leak we had, Dan showed up on time and found the leaks and repaired them he did a great job and he was very nice and polite and answered all my questions and concerns.

Everything went beautifully. Scheduling was easy and the plumber was prompt, friendly and professional. He got the work done quickly and they were fairly-priced. I would definitely use them again in the future if needed.

They were very professional. They are respectful, cordial, and they wear the booties in our home so they don't track in dirt. They make suggestions that I hadn't thought about that I accepted and we incorporated into the overall plan.

Jay got us set up the day we called. Bill came out and did an amazing job of diagnosing and fixing the problem. It wasn't a quick fix and he kept at it until the problem was solved. Highly recommend and will call them again if I need any type of plumbing assistance.

I was so pleased that they came out and replaced my garbage disposal and fixed our drain the same day that I called! I did not expect that and I know that they were busy that day. They also worked with me regarding my availability to be home that day. The man that came was very professional and took time to answer all our questions. He did great work. The price of the work he did was very reasonable and didn't go over the estimate he gave us initially. This is our second great experience with this company!
