I discovered that one of my outdoor faucets was leaking after 5 PM on a Friday. Because Bedell Plumbing promised 24-hr service, I called them. They sent a two-man team over on the following day, Saturday. The work was done quickly and the new faucet works well. They even screwed it into the bricks to make it more stable. My one minor complaint is that the plumber who worked underneath in the crawlspace forgot to close the hatch when he came out.

Company replaced toilet in upstairs bathroom. Before the warranty was expired, toilet ( I guessed because damp tile around toilet base) started leaking through ceiling. When repair man came out he felt strongly that it was not toilet but sink leaking. He cut hole in ceiling downstairs to check pipes and found out it was toilet. Was not charged for service fee (toilet still under warranty) but company did not offer to pay for hole in ceiling or paint. Will not use company again.

Just all around bad experience. Spoke with owner Jay and he said to send him pics of the issue and he'd send a quote. Gave me a quote that seemed a bit high, but gave me a honest assessment of issue. Gave me an expectation of when he thought he could get someone out there, and then never heard back. Followed up a few times over text and he was very slow to respond, if at all. Finally got a plumber out there who looked at it, went to turn off water, and said the water company had to do it. When WC did turn off water days later, we decided to go with another plumber for quick service. Another company was able to get a plumber out there that night and fix it in no time at half the original quoted cost. Giving the bad ratings mainly due to their inability to followup and overpriced quote.

I purchased one at a retail store and they did the installation for me. Brad came out and did the work very promptly and professionally He also cleaned up after he completed the work. He sealed the sump cover and zip tied the wires. Bedell has done other services as this is why I called them. I will call them in the future for any plumbing related or other services they do. Great job!

Bedell came out like they said. A call was placed an hour before. Very pleasant gentleman, and the job was done within an hour and the man even cleaned up more than I expected!

Booking the plumber was easy and the appointment scheduled much sooner than I thought would be possible. Estimate given over the phone was exactly what I paid. Technicians arrived on time and conducted the work quickly, efficiently and cleaned everything up afterwards. Will use them again myself next time I need plumbing work. Can't recommend them highly enough. Excellent job!

It went very well. One minor problem which required a return visit...Bedell was prompt and professional at all times. Have used them for years.

Robert was in charge of both the interior and exterior excavation. John was his helper. It took 4 days total and they fixed the problem.(s) It was a very stressful and expensive issue that Bedell was able to fix. I thank them for their expertise and hard work! I hope no one experiences these issues, but if you do, Bedell Plumbing with Robert and John are good at what they do.

Excellent! Was seen at scheduled time an estimate given, Came out on time and two servicemen for the job. Kept us informed during each repair needed and a re-estimate of finished needs. Their recommendation and the needs and reason behind each one. Reasonable cost and certainly with two men service done in a prompt and professional manner. Areas cleaner than before entered. Professional and personable. What is needed these days. Final cost within budget and beautiful work. Less than total of 3 hours job done and rest of day is mine. I am so pleased that am planning on them to address needs of another property we own.

He was doing work on my neighbor's yard and he dug up my front yard. He never said anything or asked me for permission. When I asked him why he stated that this is something that they do all the time. He stated that the connections were under my yard and he needed to get to them. I told him that he needs to pay for digging up my yard and he refused. I now have dirt mounds all over and now I have to hire someone to fix my yard.

Was done quickly and was very professional

This job required multiple trips and parts to complete. After being told they would contact me once the part came in, I had to call to inquire weeks later only to hear they do not know where the part was located. Multiple holes were cut in the ceiling due to faulty measurement. Owner said that is my problem. When i expressed frustration that no care was taken to protect computer equipment during cuts (i.e. drop cloth), i was again told it was my problem as he became condescending and dismissive. He said he would accompany the technician on the final trip so we could talk over the situation, but he did not show up. There are plenty of highly rated professionals on Angie's List -- better to choose one that treats a customer with respect.

First fix went fine. Several months later, problem was back. I didn't feel up to do-it-yourself and called Bedell again. They noted it was 3 days until 1-yr warranty expired (I had not considered that), came promptly and re-repaired at no charge. They are now my go-to plumber based on multiple satisfactory experiences.

Excellent. Plumber completed all work in about 2 hours. Left areas clean. Cost seemed a bit high for 2 hours of work but is probably in line with others. They were upfront with the cost before scheduling.

Bedell Plumbing was extremely prompt, professional and efficient. I will certainly recommend them and utilize them again in the future.

Bill was on the job. He quoted me a fair price to replace the pump (less than I had heard elsewhere) and started to work immediately. He even reminded me about their Angie's List coupon. He answered all of my questions and was finished and on his way within about 45 minutes. I will definitely call Bedell again when I need plumbing.
