Absolutely fantastic! It was so easy to schedule an evaluation of the roof. Joe was quick, efficient and extremely thorough. He even provided us picture, video, and written documentation of his findings. Joe did an excellent job answering all of my follow up questions. We scheduled the work to be performed a few days later. The crew showed up on time and got right to work. They did an awesome job cleaning up after themselves too. Joe followed up with us afterwards to make sure we were satisfied with the work and see if we had any questions. Armor Contracting will be our roofers for life!

Joe did a very thorough & complete roof inspection including photos & videos. He was extremely professional, personable & knowledgeable, explaining the damage & my options. My insurance required the claim to be filed within 365 days of the hail damage & it has been almost 2 years, so my insurance will not cover a new roof. If in the future I need a roofing consultation & replacement, I will contact Joe without any hesitation. I was very impressed by him.

I had a very excellent experience using Joe Hill Armor contracting in getting a repair done for a gutter downspout that had fallen due to recent wind. Joe went above and beyound then what he had to. He was very detailed on his findings and what would need to be done to fix the issues with thr roof and other things wrong on the oitside of our house we shoild address as well. Everything was true unfortunatlly the cost was to much and we backed out of the home. If it was our home with that issue I would have hired him and keeping information to use in the future and refering friends to him as he goes above and beyound.

Joe’s team was great! They replaced our roof and replaced damaged skylights. They were very conscientious, kept us informed, and did a marvelous job protecting our plants, lower story window wells, etc. They did a very thorough clean up of materials, including those pesky roofing nails.

Wonderful!! They were professional and repaired our flashing near the chimney and painted the chimney. The work was done perfectly and they kept us informed throughout the scheduling and the work. I will definitely use this company again when I need additional work done.

Excellent! Joe Hill took the time to educate me about what actually was damaged on the roof, what needed to be replaced, and what they would be doing for fixing the water damage on the interior ceiling. There was no pressure to select his company over the other two that I had give me estimates as it was an insurance claim. I chose his company because I felt I would get the best repairs and service. It all went smoothly and I didn’t have to hassle with the insurance company, his office took care of it all.

We were very pleased from start to finish. From the communication leading up to the project, during and after, our questions were always answered the same or next day by phone call. We have lived in our Lafayette home for 40+ years and had replaced our roof several times already in the 40 years. When we then experienced hail damage and after talking with several contractors, we contracted with Joe Hill, of Armor Contracting, to replace our hail damaged roof. The job was so good that we had them return to replace our home's gutters & siding which, had also been damaged in multiple locations. The entire replacement of our roof, gutters & siding all went well, and we are very pleased with our "new home look". Multiple neighbors told us how much they liked our "new look". The company's employees were focused on their job; they showed up daily on time & didn't take multiple breaks. We greatly appreciated the professionalism, honesty & quality of the workmanship that Joe Hill & his company provided to us & our home.

Joe and each of his crews (roofing, gutter and painting crews) were all great to work with and they did an excellent job! I would absolutely work with Joe again and would recommend them to anyone needing roofing, gutters or painting for their home.
