I feel like Allen should be on my speed dial. We have used Allen to sell two homes and purchase two homes. He even helped us find a realtor when we moved out of state a few years ago! Now we are back and just moved into our new home in Carmel and couldn't be happier. He helped guide us including warning us if he thought a home we were looking at could have some issues when it came to resell. Allen has become the go to realtor to my family and my friends!

Even though I personally hold a license and could have listed our home on my own, we decided to list our home for sale in Fishers with Allen mid-May of 2010. We sold in six weeks and had a problem-free closing. Allen was a true sales professional and absolutely made a difference in getting house sold. We have used him since on the buy side and referred him to others selling and all experiences have been great! The IBJ and Indianapolis Monthly recognize him as one of the top Realtors in the area for a reason -- results!

I decided to list my house with Allen because I was impressed with him at the initial meeting and he priced my house between the two other agents I interviewed. He scheduled an open house (the only one held during the four months) within the first two or three weeks but sent an assistant to host it. The only other time I saw Allen during the four months of the listing was when he stopped by to discuss lowering the listing price. At that time, I told Allen I was was getting ready to go on vacation for two weeks. He made a note of the dates and told me he would take care of fielding the phone calls to schedule showings during my absence. I continued to get calls while on vacation and lost at least one showing because Allen had failed to follow through on his promise. When I returned, I e-mailed Allen to ask him what happened. He e-mailed me back that he had dropped the ball and was sorry and would "make it up to you." That was the last time I heard from him, including after advising his office I wanted to take my home off the market. He never contacted me again. He delegates most tasks to his assistants. I was very disappointed in the service. There didn't seem to be any real marketing plan in place. And I had to call his office to remind them to take the sign out of my front yard.

He made sure that all paperwork was signed and prepared and he walked us through the whole process in a way that made it simple and effortless. His support team was great in making sure that all documents were prepared and correct to make the closings run smoothly. We have been involved in difficult closings in the past and Allen and his team made the whole experience enjoyable and memorable – the way buying a home should be. Allen's professionalism and knowledge of the market was outstanding.

Selling a home is admittedly, a very stressful and hectic process. Alan did an excellent job of making it as easy as possible--and as short as possible. When we decided to upgrade our home, Allen helped us find a new home while quickly selling our old home.

We moved from Chicago and rented for a short time in the Mass Ave Arts District to get our bearings of where we wanted to buy our first home together. We stumbled onto the Downtown Historic Neighborhood of Woodruff Place and then subsequently stumbled upon an open house. So there we were, we found the neighborhood and then the house we wanted - now how do we get it? This was not a typical deal. The home was a duplex, and we wanted to buy the entire home. One side was vacant, but there were renters on the other side whose lease was not expiring for months to come. Amy and I then made what we strongly consider the best decision we could have - we called Allen Williams to represent us as the buyer. We have dealt with other REALTORS in the past, both on the buying and selling end, and there simply was no comparison. To say Allen went above and beyond protecting our interests would be an understatement. It became evident very quickly that without Allen we would have left ourselves entirely exposed to a slew of inherited problems that were not present on the surface of the deal. Allen uncovered these issues and protected us against them. We believe any agent could have ethically looked at the surface of the deal, got it done and walked away - but not Allen. He did what he says he will do, he protects you, & we can t thank him enough. I couldn't begin to tell you the number of estimates he coordinated for us on everything from excavation to windows - always saying, "I'll get you a couple estimates so we know what were looking at, but feel free to use whoever you would like for the work/repair." Then after the sale, he offered to sit down with us to do a house plan so we could look at repairs as far as priority and our budget and map them out. That's right, after the sale.
