Adam's Flooring

The crew arrived on time, got right to work removing appliances and preparing to put down underlayment, seal the seams in the underlayment, returned the next day to lay the sheet vinyl and replace appliances in kitchen. They worked diligently and only left for a short period of lunch break. they were finished each day by 3:30 or sooner. They did a good job of restoring order to my kitchen when they were finished.

We completely remodeled our home in 2009 and the contractors that we had work on our home were all Angie's list contractors. certain companies performed so much better than others. AVN Adam Nisley was in the top 2 of 15. They are organized and have great personalities with a work ethic that completely dominates all other companies. Our floor is the most beautiful thing in the house, over 1000 square feet of it. They removed all of the trash and cleaned up afterwards. I would recommend this company and suggest anyone that is unsure to go with this group. My wife found the wood flooring on line, it was shipped to us, and Adam's crew install it. 46 boxes.........they were the best.....I am very happy still and it's been over 6 months and no problems whatsoever......THANKS AGAIN ADAM..................TODD

Had Adam out to repair some small gaps near the wall in a floor he had installed 2 years ago. As always, prompt and courteous service! Adam and his assistant were here promptly at 8 am and had the gaps fixed in 15 minutes. No charge.

Good service from start to finish. Floor is well laid and they completed the job professionally with the skirting board and other necessary edging. Results look great

Adam was the installer. He was dependable. What I liked the most was the assurance that I knew he was going to do a good job. Good communication. He has the expertise to do a quality job. That's what I liked about him and the reason I would hire him again. It's hard to get a hold of him during the day so you have to leave a message. He will call you that evening however.

Some of the flooring boards had moved, exposing the sub floor near the base of the wall. Adam came out, pulled up the trim, and put in some wood shims to keep the floor boards from moving any more. I think the boards were cut too short to begin with. This is why they could move so much as to expose the sub floor. Adam did the original install and had fixed these boards once before. However, it has been almost 2 years and he still is happy to come out and stand behind his work. He is very conscientious and does good work. I will definitely use him for more flooring work.

AVN installed this floor for us almost a year ago. Some of the floorboards may have been cut just a tad short. When they began sliding they exposed bare subfloor underneath. AVN came right in and glued the moving boards to boards that weren't moving. The sub-floor is no longer exposed. QUICK response. No hassles, No charge! Excellent warranty service!

Adam honored a 10% coupon that was in the McCools Flooring store in Fishers, IN. The above costs include installation of 345 sq.ft. of hardwood, removal of old carpet installation of shoe molding and undercutting of 20 door jams. The materials were purchased @ McCools flooring in Fishers IN. Adam did an excellent job! On the job site at specified time. Floor looks great! Explained all work that was to be done. Did free estimate of work and came in under estimate. Adam and his helper were professional while at work site. Interacted well with other family members since work to be done was in a high traffic flow area. Work site was cleaned well.

THE MAN WHO CAME OUT INSPECTED THE CARPETED AREA AND ESTIMATED IT WOULD COST OVER $700. TO REMOVE THE EXISTING CARPET AND ALMOST THE SAME AMOUNT TO BUY AND INSTALL LAMINATE FLOORING INSTEAD. THIS WAS MUCH MORE THAN I COULD AFFORD.

VERY PROFESSIONAL, COST EFFECTIVE AND COURTEOUS COMPANY TO WORK WITH. ADAM WAS ON TIME FOR HIS ESTIMATE. GAVE US TIPS ON HOW TO PREPARE THE AREA FOR HIM (WE CHOSE TO DO THE TEAR OUT OURSELVES). GAVE US AN ITEMIZED ESTIMATE OF WHAT ALL HE WOULD DO (SOME FLOORING INSTALLERS WILL ONLY GIVE YOU A 'LUMP ESTIMATE', REFUSING TO BREAK OUT INDIVIDUAL TASKS). HE ALWAYS ANSWERED CALLS PROMPTLY. FOR THE INSTALL, HIS TEAM SHOWED UP PROMPTLY, WENT TO WORK QUIETLY, DOING ALL THE CUTTING IN THE DRIVEWAY AREA. THEY TOOK TURNS TAKING BREAKS/LUNCH, SO NO TIME WAS WASTED WITH NO ONE WORKING. FINAL BILL WAS IN LINE WITH ESTIMATE. THE NEW FLOORING IS BEAUTIFUL AND WE'RE MAKING PLANS TO HAVE ADAM AND HIS TEAM BACK AGAIN TO INSTALL ADDITIONAL HARDWOOD IN OTHER AREAS OF THE HOUSE. HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIS SERVICES.

ADAM AND BEN DID A SUPERB JOB IN LAYING ALL OF THE FLOORING. THEY WERE EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL, POLITE AND HELPFUL IN ANSWERING MY NUMEROUS QUESTIONS. THEY INSTALLED THE MOLDINGS AND TRANSITIONS AND EVEN CAULKED AND SEALED ALONG THE BASEBOARD MOLDINGS. ALL OF THEIR WORK WAS PRECISE, ''FINISHED'' AND VERY WELL DONE. I AM EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK AND THEIR SERVICE. THEY WERE FUN TO HAVE AROUND FOR 4 DAYS.

HAD THIS COMPANY COME TO INSTALL LAMINATE FLOORING IN BATHROOM. COME TO FIND OUT THE BATHROOM HAD BEEN LEAKING AND THE MAN WHO INSTALLED IT INSTALLED OVER A BAD SUBFLOOR. ALSO AFTER THE WORK WAS DONE I WAS LEFT WITH A TOILET THAT WAS NOT WORKING. AFTER THE WORK WAS DONE I FOUND THAT THE TOILET WAS MOVING SO SOMEONE FROM ANOTHER COMPANY CAME OUT AND LOOKED UNDER THE TOILED AND FOUND THAT THE PROBLEM WAS BEING CAUSED SINCE THE LAMINATE WAS INSTALLED OVER A ROTTED SUB FLOOR. THE COMPANY HAS NOT BEEN RESPONSIVE ON THIS. I CALLED AND HE SAID IT WAS NOT HIS PROBLEM AND WOULDNT RETURN MANY OF MY CALLS. I WOULD NOT USE HIM FOR ANYTHING. IF HE WOULD HAVE TOLD ME UP FRONT THAT THE FLOOR WAS ROTTED I WOULD HAVE PAID HIM TO REPLACE IT.
