They are great and they are very good. They are good about reminding me via email when I need to have my annual maintenance on my vacuum.

My husband was all ready to vacuum and it didn't work, so we looked on Angies List and found Ace Vacuum. They were so friendly and said they could fix it while we waited. He told us we should have new brushes, the belt was broken and we needed a new filter. It only took about 5 minutes. They bring their pet dog to work with them and we enjoyed him. His wife also was very friendly. We will definitely use them again.

All went very well. Not only a friendly place, but they are experts in their work.

Even though I drove about 20 minutes to get to this store, I will never go anywhere else for a vacuum issue. The owner took my vaccuum and repaired it in about 10 minutes while I waited. He gave me various options such as changing filter, changing bristles, etc and let me choose what I wanted to do. By the way, I had gotten a quote from another vacuum shop that it would cost me over $90 to repair. They also carried my vacuum out to my car when completed. They are the epitome of good and fast service!

I love them and they are excellent. They have been very helpful. They have done some minor work for free through the years when I had a problem. I don’t feel pressured like other vacuum places. They are very honest and don’t try to sell me a vacuum if I need only something fixed. I would highly recommend them.

I purchased this vacuum from Ace and they continue to service it. Ray is outstanding; he is very fair and very knowledgeable. I would not go any where else.

This was by far the best customer service I have received. I walked in with my old vacuum looking to get it repaired. They immediately diagnosed the problem and gave some good advice on the purchase of a new one versus repair. I wasn't ready to make a decision right then. As a result I was offered a "loaner" vacuum until I made up my mind... even if I didn't make a purchase. My wife and I came back later that week and made a purchase. The product we ended up buying is great but the service was even better. I will never go anywhere else for vacuum repair or purchase.

I was very grateful the owners at Ace repaired my vacuum cleaner at a great savings. I had a higher estimate at their competitor but I didn't tell them I had another quote. I wanted to see what they would say because I was on a tight budget. They went above and beyond and repaired it while I waited. They did not gouge me but offered to fix it at a fair price. This is so rare these days. It's a nice family owned business and one that I will continue to support.

They diagnosed and repaired it within 5 minutes at no charge. I was very pleased with the service and I would highly recommend them!

Went in to see if they could get me in an appointment to fix the carpet machine, and they took it right to the back to look it over at no cost. While the one person worked on it, the guy up fron, Kurt, happily gave me his advice and knowledge on replacing a broken dyson. We chated for a bit about all kinds of pros and cons for different vacuums. After about 15 min, the guy in back had my cleaner up and running. He Made it sound like it was easy and only charged me labor. I believe they normally charge 29$ for labor, but the guys said since I was new and it was easy fix, they would just charge me 10$ they didn't try to get me to buy a new cleaner or tell me I need a bunch of new parts. I was very pleased with the honesty and the small family ran business "attitude." I even tried to tip Kurt for his kindness and he refused to take it, stating that's not what their family business is about and that they just want to provide a quality fair service. I own a Kirby, and plan on getting New carpet cleaner as soon as this one quits for good. I plan on using ace vacuum for all my needs in the future, whether its a new vacuum or parts and labor. I'm just happy to have found my one stop shop for all things cleaning related!!

Inspected old unit. Gave me quote on new unit. Very helpful before I even said I was going to purchase. Sold me new unit, gave me quote on installation. At time promised, came out in advance to check what would be needed for installation so they could come prepared. Set up time for installation soon after unit that had been ordered arrived. They arrived as promised. Did nice, neat job of installing new unit. Charged for unit and installation as quoted, even though time for installation probably took longer than they had planned. Everything went so smoothly.

They are a dealer and in business for 30 years. They were very informative and helpful. Doing a price comparison for putting money into a 12 yr. old machine or trading up, I traded up. Got a fair trade in, they prepped the new machine and I was out the door. Very pleasant people, knew the products well, and very straight forward. I would recommend them and use them again.

I took our vacuum into the store for service. The owner immediately took the machine into the back room and worked on it, discovering that the problem was an obstruction in the hose. After working on it for 10 minutes or so, he returned it to me. When I asked how much it would cost, he said, "No charge, today." Great service, professional demeanor, well-kept store, great experience.

They gave awesome customer service. They went above and beyond taking care of me as a customer They let me try one out at home before I purchased one, which was nice because the one I liked initially was too heavy do to a shoulder injury so they let me take home and try out another one before I made my decision. The service compared to another experience in a different vacuum shop was night and day. Now that I have it home I love the new vacuum.

The owner explained why the repairs would be cost prohibitive. I decided to buy a new vacuum cleaner, and have found it to be a better machine than the Dyson.

They were wonderful to work with. We recently bought new fusion carpet for a large area.The place we purchased the carpet did not tell us there would be a problem trying to vacuum. The carpet has a very high pile and the vacuum we had would not vacuum the fusion carpet. We purchased a vacuum from Ace and took it home it didn't work either. They told us if it didn't work to bring it back and they would find one that would. We took the vacuum back and they found another vacuum that we are thrilled with. They go out of their way to make sure they provide you with the vacuum that fits your needs. They carry quality vacuums, match internet prices, and the service is outstanding. We highly recommend them.

They are GREAT! Always wiling to change belts, clean a vacuum, etc. Very nice and knowledgable. Don't buy box store vacuums. You will pay a little more here, but far worth it. They don't stock junk.

They replaced the electronics and it was under warranty fixed for free. They have been servicing my vacuum cleaners for years. They do a great job at a reasonable price. He is very honest. They have great customer service. They take the vacuum out of our car and put it back in. I would recommend them to anyone.

The vacuum is very good and we still have it. We one time got something stuck inside the vacuum and Ace took care of the issue on the spot. The vacuum has lasted very well.

Everything was just fine. They were able to get the parts in stock within a reasonable of time. However, the actual sleeve that you put on the vacuum pipe did come apart very soon after installing it.

I am not one to throw money away and I believe in getting one's money's worth. Previously to buying a vaccum at Ace, I had purchased vaccuums at Kohl's or Target. Yes, the vacuum that I purchased at Ace 8 years ago was more expensive but it has lasted longer and I always get such great customer service at Ace. I do not give high reviews unless they are truly deserved because I am dependent on honest reviews from others on Angie's List. So trust me on this, Ace is a great place to purchase a vacuum and to have it maintained.
