I went to Ace's 20 minutes before they closed expecting to leave it there overnight. The gentleman fixed it right there for me and didn't close until it was done. He fixed the part I was having problems with and also found another part that was clogged and fixed that as well. He did not charge me a thing. I also bought some new bags there and they are better quality than what I would have gotten at the store. It was excellent service and I will continue to go back there.

Mark is a very good teacher. I asked a number of questions after his presentation, and he answered them all. I felt he did not want me to leave the store until I was satisfied and knew how to use my new vacuum to greatest advantage. He was polite, had an easy sell, no pressure, and seemed to have expert knowledge of his products and a solid background in the business.

Took my 10 year old vacuum in for service as I thought there might be an electric short. They carried the vacuum into the store from my car. After checking the unit, I was told nothing was wrong. The motor was getting old and a bit worn. Probably last a couple of years more. Then they carried the vacuum to my car for me. They were delightful to deal with. Pleasant, thorough and patient. I will definitely continue using Ace for vacuum repair.

There was no wait, and he gave me a new bag and belt with no extra charge. He's just outstanding, and didn't even charge me!

Ace Vacuum is just the best. They were quite honest on extent of our repair cost. In selling us a new vacuum, there certainly was no high pressure. All makes and models were fully explained on our new purchase. It was easy to see why the brands they feature were better than brands at the huge discount stores. Honest, polite, professional sales people. Truly understood our needs, and helped us in our buying decision. If only all sales people were the same.

I thought Ray the owner was very knowledgeable and very personable. He was not pushy. He wasn't trying to sell me a new vacuum but when I inquired about fixing the old one versus looking at a comparable new one, we decided that the money might be better put towards a new one. Instead of servicing the old one, we did buy a new one. I was impressed with the cleanliness of their store and their professionalism.

RALPH WAS VERY NICE AND HELPFUL. HE COULD HAVE CHARGED ME AND I WOULD HAVE BEEN PLEASED TO PAY A REASONABLE AMOUNT. I DON'T KNOW A LOT ABOUT VACUUM CLEANERS. I HOPE OTHERS FIND HIM IN HIS NEW PLACE. HE IS NEAR THE MARSH GROCERY STORE AT 106TH AND MICHIGAN.

Ray greeted us upon walking in and in a most friendly and professional manner talked through our needs and what sweeper he felt was right for us. We got both a trade-in allowance (which was given to us on the honor system as we did not have the old sweeper with us) and a 10% Angie's discount. What I particularly liked about the whole process is that Ray got right to the point and was sincerely interested in what was best for us instead of selling us what might have been best for him. My wife and I felt like we got an excellent vacuum for a reasonable price and it was obvious that Ray would stand behind the product. While we were working with him on our sale, at least two people came in, one that just needed a quick fix on their vacuum that he did cheerfully at no charge, and another that had made a special trip from Keystone because he had done such a good job at repairing her sweeper before, she was impressed that he remembered her. The whole experience was very positive!

Waited one week, called again, they said they did not do Central Vacuum systems or make house calls of any sort.

THIS STORE IS A GREAT PLACE TO SHOP IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR QUALITY FLOOR PRODUCTS. I WENT IN THE STORE LOOKING FOR THE BONA HARDWOOD SYSTEM (THEY DIDN'T CARRY IT AT THE TIME). THE OWNER AND I DISCUSSED SEVERAL OPTIONS FOR CLEANING HARDWOOD AND CARPET. I WAS IMPRESSED THAT HE DIDN'T TRY TO PRESSURE ME INTO PURCHASING SOMETHING THAT I DIDN'T WANT OR NEED. HE ACTUALLY DIRECTED ME TO A COMPETITOR WHEN THE BEST OPTION WAS SOMETHING THAT HE DIDN'T CARRY. IN THE END, WE TALKED ABOUT MY DESIRE TO FIND A QUICK AND EASY WAY TO KEEP HARDWOOD CLEAN. ALTHOUGH THE SWIFFER IS GREAT FOR GATHERING UP DIRT/DUST, IT STILL REQUIRES A DUST PAN OR VACUUM TO ENSURE ALL DIRT PARTICLES ARE REMOVED. AFTER HEARING THIS, HE SHOWED ME A GERMAN-MADE ''KATCHER'' (ELECTRIC BROOM). I ENDED UP BUYING ONE, AND LOVE IT.

VERY HONEST WITHOUT TRYING TO SELL SOMETHING NOT WANTED AT THIS TIME. JUST TOLD ME TO COME BACK WHEN I'M READY!

RAY WAS ABLE TO GET THE NEEDED PART QUICKLY AND TOLD ME THAT IT WAS UNDER WARRANTY. HE ALSO CLEANED THE VACUUM AND REPLACED THE FILTER FOR $30.00. HIS SHOP IS OUT OF THE WAY, BUT HE WAS ABLE TO DO THE JOB THAT ANOTHER SHOP WAS UNABLE TO COMPLETE.

WE PURCHASED OUR LAST VACUUM FROM RAY, AND IT PERFORMED EXACTLY AS HE PROMISED, AND LASTED FOR 10 YEARS WITH ONLY 2 TUNE UPS! VERY PLEASED. MY WIFE WENT TO TALK TO HIM ABOUT POSSIBLY REPLACING OUR CURRENT VACUUM AND HE GAVE VERY GOOD ADVICE ON WHAT TO LOOK FOR, TO KNOW WHEN IT'S LIFE WAS OVER, AND GAVE HER GOOD INFORMATION ON CURRENT MODELS THAT WOULD BE A GOOD REPLACEMENT FOR OURS. NO PRESSURE, JUST FRIENDLY ADVICE. OUR OLD VACUUM WAS GIVING UP THE GHOST AND WE WENT TO LOOK AND WERE SOLD ON A NEW SEBO X4. HOPEFULLY THAT WILL LAST AS LONG AND WORK AS WELL. IT IS A VERY NEAT MACHINE, SO FAR WE LIKE IT A LOT. VACUUM'S AREN'T MY FAVORITE ITEM TO PURCHASE, BUT RAY MAKES IT FUN, AND HE KNOWS HIS STUFF. HE'S ALWAYS WILLING TO HELP ON THE PHONE, AND GOES OUT OF HIS WAY TO MAKE YOU HAPPY WITH THE ENTIRE PURCHASE AND/OR SERVICE THEY PERFORM. THE BISSEL THEY COULD DO WHILE WE WAITED IF WE WANTED. WE DIDN'T WANT TO. THEY PROMISED THEY WOULD BE DONE MONDAY. THEY CALLED TO TELL US THEY WERE DONE. THEY HOOVER FILTERS ARE OUTRAGEOUSLY EXPENSIVE BUT WE'D REPLACED THEM BEFORE & NEW THAT. THEY WERE SO NICE & THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT.

VERY HELPFUL. WITH THE NEW ROLLER BRUSH, GAVE ME 2-3 MORE YEARS OF USE WITH MY VACUUM.
