+ -1 moreI got such a kick out of using her! She also provided helpful suggestions on how to hang them up. I'm not sure I would have arrived at this myself and am very pleased with the results. I also used her another time when my daughter and I needed three bookshelves put together which she was also able to do with us. I would defiantly use her again!
Description of Work: When we moved into our condo we had a lot of pictures. I wanted to keep them but I didn't know what to do with them. She came and spent an hour to an hour and half plotting with me on how we would arrange them. She then came out on another day and got all the work done.

+ -1 moreI got an estimate from Pat Harris to perform various jobs at my home. I signed an estimate for $2,139 and gave her a check for that amount. Later I worried about giving her the entire amount up front. She was very nasty to me on the phone when I asked her if I could rewrite the check for half the amount, then give her the remaining when finished. Because of her rudeness I decided to cancel the request for work and give her $250 for her 5 hours spent estimating. I had her write a receipt for the $250 which also stated I was released from any prior dealings. I noticed small handwriting on the back of my signature too small to read. I asked "what's this?" and she grabbed the tablet from me. I reached out and tore the top sheet off. She tried getting the torn paper from me. I ran while putting it in my mouth. She tackled me to the ground in the dining room and pinned me down while I chewed on the paper. She finally got up and left. I called 911. I wasn't hurt but shaken.
Description of Work: This person tackled me to the ground in my home and pinned me down!!

Description of Work: She put a new faucet in. filled in concrete on back porch. She put in quarter round on the bedroom floor. She attached mortar on exterior brick. She repaired a screen door. She replaced a bad wall outlet.

+ -1 moreMy feeling is that she overestimated because she didn't want to do all of my small jobs- she purposely put it out of my reach.
Description of Work: She came on a Monday for an estimate to do several small jobs. She told me she would call me back Thursday, which she did not. She called Friday with an estimate that was way too high.
