REYNOLDS CONSTRUCTION GROUP INC

I was about to have a baby so they were very fast in working with me to get the job done before I had my baby so they would not disturb me when I came home from the hospital. They were very helpful in working with my insurance company to insure I got what I deserved to make the proper repairs and they were very helpful in explaining everything to me as this was my first house and first time dealing with this. I would recommend REYNOLDS & REYNOLDS Construction group to anyone looking for a good, honest company with excellent customer service.

These guys were great! They made a thorough estimate, and stuck with it. They kept in constant communication (which is rare for a general contractor) on the progress of the project. They worked with my schedule, and finished the project in a timely manor. Once they were finished, I found one tiny little thing that needed adjusted, and they were over the next day to fix it. It sounds like I'm gushing here, but they really did to a good job.

From the moment I contacted Jason Reynolds (the owner), I was treated with respect and he followed up each time with a call to confirm each event; his group did the work on my ''hail-storm damage of April 2006, on the east side of Indy!''. He gave me a heads-up each time as to what and how they were going to complete the work and ''they did what they said they would do!'' How wonderful when I began to realize that I really could trust his leadership style and his workers work ethics. Even my insurance company representative mentioned that he was easy to work with; and, they settled smoothly and quickly as a result. He came to my attention earlier in 2006 when he worked on a home down the street. I asked around and my neighbor recommended that I call Jason. I did. After suffering severe hail damage, Reynolds Construction Group provided a complete exterior restoration. I can't say enough nice things about Jason Reynolds and his crew. They were prompt, thorough, professional, courteous and eager to provide 100% satisfaction. Mr Reynolds consulted with me every step of the way. They used quality materials and were meticulous in detail and cleaned up. I highly recommend this company.
