+ -1 moreIf only every company would operate like Matt does his!! Every step - from beginning to end was smooth, clearly communicated, and professional. When I asked Matt for an estimate, he came out to our house to evaluate the project and gave me an estimate the very next day. The estimate was spot on with the actual price - no hidden surprises there. We had an unknown elevation issue as we proceeded with removing our old driveway and Matt (and his workers on site) explained the issue to us and walked us through our options. The end product is a driveway that looks fantastic and that all of my neighbors have been complimenting us on. They even added a stoop in the back of our house for the cost of concrete only. Can't imagine any other company doing that (at least ones we've worked with)! We feel like we lucked with out Mahan Construction Corp - we still can't believe how easy the entire process was and how superb our driveway looks. We've already given Matt's name to a few of our friends. HIGHLY recommend Mahan Construction corp for ANY future home project that you have!
Description of Work: They removed an existing driveway and sidewalk and added a much larger driveway for our new 3 car garage. They also added a ramp sidewalk to connect to our existing sidewalk and a stoop in the back of our house off our new garage.

Description of Work: They repaired wood siding for us as well as window frame restoration. We live in a historic district and they met all of the specifications for that.
