I hired Lady Duran Masonry Repair based on a referral from a realtor recommendation. I understand from the realtor calls on this company to do repairs on homes for realtor's clients. I am very pleased with the professional quote and workmanship of this small business. They repaired the deteriorated top Chimney rows and Chimney cap on our 36-year-old chimney. Their reasonable quote is what I was charged. I did not believe competing quotes was necessary based on the referral I received.

Competed against two other bidders. Michelle offered a better explanation than the other bidders as to the cause of the grout failure under the steps and how to prevent it in the future. Woud use this comany again.
