Description of Work: I used Genesis Lawn Care in 2011 after a recommendation. In February I received a letter that if I paid before March 15 I could save approximately $50 which I did. I received a letter on Saturday dated March 13 stating he had gone to TruGreen. I am not happy in that I know he knew this when he sent this letter. I have used Chem Lawn in the past and was not happy with them. I don't think he was honest with me when he sent the letter under the name of Genesis. When I talked to him the only explanation was gas high. If I had wanted TruGreen I would have called them. This was very unprofessional!

+ -1 moreGenesis Lawn Care has been treating out lawn for a couple years. Matthew is always polite and will take the time to explain his service and answer any questions about proper lawn care. We would highly recommend this company to anybody that is looking for a quality lawn care company that actually cares about their customers.
