Description of Work: I dropped off a laptop that was running slowly, and they ran diagnostics and cleaned up the hard drive for about $80. It was working much better, and then within a few weeks the hinge on the screen broke. The guys at Flux were kind enough to consider repair of the hinge as a warranty job, and didn't charge a penny to fix it. They've got a customer for life.

+ -1 moreIt went very well. It took a few days to get the replacement part. I was made aware of that from the beginning. I was also given the option to source my own parts to avoid any delays and to save money. Not something that most places would do. I would highly recommend this place to anyone that needs a computer repaired. They are very knowledgeable. You will not get any dumb looks or a "We can't fix that" like you would at Geek Squad and they wont ship your computer someplace else for repairs. The guys behind the counter are the same guys that will fix your machine. I find that very comforting.
