Update: We were so happy with the deal we got we arranged for Dust Fairies to provide bi-weekly cleaning services. Candice has done a great job and I have never been unhappy with the results. Communication is a breeze. We occasionally had to reschedule and Candice was more than willing to oblige (even on short notice when we had a sick kid at home). I highly recommend! Ordered a special deal from Living Social. Dust Fairies has a really neat website where you can schedule and pay for your cleaning, which I thought was unique since much larger companies do not offer this. Candace (The owner) came out to do the cleaning herself, showed up on time and was very professional. House looked and smelled great when she was done. Paid for a 3 hour cleaning and it was well worth the money. I have already scheduled a return visit.

It went very well! Candace is the owner, and she is very responsive. I have bought other groupons and living socials before, and overall-except for a few--I've been appalled. Most of the owners do not return calls and then they tell the purchaser to request a refund--which I've had to do. As the other reviewer stated, Candace has availability online to schedule a morning or afternoon appt which is very convenient and user friendly. She arrived on time and she did a thorough job of cleaning in the amount of time allotted. I will most definitely use Candace at Dust Fairies again. She is thorough and excellent on followup. Plus, she does respond via e'mail in a very timely fashion. A service all around and I wish more cleaning companies would emulate Candace and her attitude! Thanks
