+ -1 moreKevin was very responsive & professional. He clearly has a wealth of knowledge about bug behavior, which allows him to tailor his treatment approach for maximum effectiveness. He made a detailed survey and was very open to sharing what he found and what it meant. He offers a practical and thorough 3-stage program and he was always right on time for the follow-up appointments. I found that his price was very reasonable, and significantly less than several of the quotes I got. I would recommend him without reservation.

+ -1 moreThree months later i have had no complaints from any tenants about bed bugs. Kevin has fixed my "problem". I thought that I might have a recurring problem but some tenant education and Kevin's professional help have saved the day. Kevin is a valued resource and I would recommend his services to anyone with pest problems.
Description of Work: Kevin sprayed 4 units in an apartment building that had a bed bug infestation. Kevin was very professional (he is licensed) and explained the bed bug lifecycle and treatment process. He took the time to show me evidence of bed bugs and their hiding places. Kevin checked all the units for infestation and then explained the severity of my problem. He even checked the adjacent building. The cost included the necessary treatments to ensure successful bed bug elimination. Kevin was always on time and was very flexible regarding scheduling, as multiple treatments were required. Kevin guarantees his work and can treat other types of pest issues.

He is very organized and has a great relationship with our residents. He has tackled a significant amount of pest problems here and has managed to get everything under control!
