The entire process went very well. We asked for suggestions, and Charlie was knowledgeable about requirements for spacing outlets, and other electrical codes. He was very easy to work with, and ready to accomodate our wants but would tell us of potential pitfalls of some of our wants. the cost was reasonable if not a bargainby my experience, but I prefer not to share the actual cost.

I called Charlie in the afternoon and left a message. He returned my call the next morning and was out to give an estimate the same day in the early evening. He told me at that time that he would likely be able to do the job in the next 7 to 10 days once he had completed another project. Charlie promised to give me a written estimate by email the next day and within the next day I had received his written estimate. From the time that I contacted Charlie to tell him I wanted him to do the job to the time the job was complete was exactly 7 days.Throughout those seven days we communicated via email and phone. He gave me the date that he would be out to do the job and he showed up on that predicted day to do the work. He arrived on time, did the job in the amount of time he said it would take, and charged me exactly the amount he had quoted. Throughout the process he was professional and pleasant. I would bring Charlie back to do work again in the future.

We felt Charlie charged a fair price for the work he did, arrived when he was supposed to and accomplished the work in an appropriate amount of time. He and his assistant always were careful about putting things back that they had to move and cleaning up well.

They hung a two-story foyer light. They also moved a light in a bathroom and installed an additional light in the bathroom. They were reasonable and did high quality work. They are friendly. They came out immediately. I would recommend them to others. I would definitely use them again in the future.

We had consulted a kitchen lighting designer for upgrade ideas. She designed a plan and recommended Charlie for the job. Charlie suggested further improvements which we agreed to, and are very happy with the results. He was equally as adept in quickly diagnosing and repairing a wiring problem.

Mr. Benge arrived with his assistant only slightly later than scheduled. They efficiently and expertly replaced the fixture. Mr. Benge was very pleasant and the cost was excellent for almost an hour's work.
