 + -1 moreSCOTT LEPPER SET UP AN APPOINTMENT TO GIVE US A BID BUT CALLED TO SAY HIS TRUCK BROKE DOWN AND HE COULDN'T MAKE IT. I ASKED HIM WHERE HE WAS, HE SAID HE WAS ON THE LAKE FISHING. HE ASKED FOR A SECOND CHANCE, I AGREED. HE MADE ANOTHER APPOINTMENT WITH US AND DIDN'T KEEP THAT APPOINTMENT EITHER. HE CLAIMS TO HAVE 22 YEARS EXPERIENCE.
