+ -1 moreThe Alsup brothers arrived on time, were very pleasant and cleaned up nicely. They even went to Lowe's with me where I purchased the new attic ladder, because they determined that the old ladder could not be repaired (the supports were bending and, obviously, weak). The $400 above was strictly labor. They had to remove some framing to install the new ladder and then they came back another day and purchased and installed new trim around the opening in the garage ceiling, which my husband will paint. I thought the labor was a little high, but I had nothing to compare it to and I would still hire them again.
Description of Work: Removed and replaced an attic ladder (pull-down stairs) in our garage.
