 + -1 moreThe contract for this year is exactly like the one for last year, if he didn't want to include "maintaining flower beds", he should have stated that, or gave me a price for that. I assumed, which I should not have, that it was included as it was last year. I can get my grass cut, Nothing else for $10.00 for 3 grass cuttings they have done this year. He was supposed to have planted 132 bulbs, which I purchased, Only 40 came up. He has not treated my lawn at anytime, yet he is refusing to refund my $228.00 He is charging a late fee for the 2 grass cuttings, which I have never been billed for. Plus he advised me I was on a monthly billing schedule anyway. yet he is charging me a late fee.
Description of Work: Contacted for weekly mowing, blowing, weed eating and weeding. Contract in addition to original was to clear all flower beds for an additional one time fee. There was also a separate contract for building 2 retaining walls for flower beds. These jobs completed satisfactorily and paid for. When he did the landscaping he buried a red Peony bush, and totally cut down a lilac bush, neither of which has came up at all. Bought 5 cheep trellises, fell apart. Verbally stated he would replace or repair all.
