ALL IN ONE IRRIGATION

Jeff NEVER arrived when he said he would, we sent emails, left messages on his phone. He sent us a bill stating that all entrances were working properly when only 2 of 13 systems were working correctly, some had parts missing, water was not turned on correctly, some were not programmed correctly, it was a nightmare. We refused to pay the invoice until all systems were working correctly, he finally showed up when we told him he would get paid when everything was working correctly. He met us at each location and manually turned each system on to show us they were working, but we were not able to verify that the timers were working. Some of the locations had broken pipes so there was no way it was working, when questioned, he agreed to go get the parts and fix it if we had his check. It appeared that things were working so we paid him. In order to get the GOOD price he quted us, we would have to pay for the closing of our system in advance (Spring time) and he would come back in the fall to close our systems. He scheduled a time to come out and do the additional work that we hired him to do, HE NEVER SHOWED UP, would not return our calls or emails, the timers as we found out were not programmed correctly, they would come on i the middle of the afternoon, days we told him not to water, the systems would come on while it was raining, this was a nightmare. He still would not come out, we ended up having to hire another irrigation company to come out and take care of the issues we were having, they showed up on time and took care of all of our issues in one trip. Jeff at All-in-One needless to say never showed up to do our fall closing, he kept our money, did not answer the BBB complaint we filed. We are now after doing everything we had to do to take him to court will be filing suit against him and his company as well as making a complaint to the district attorney's office after finding out from several other companies that he has done the same thing to them. AVOID THIS GUY AND HIS COMPANY AT ALL COST, he talks a good game and talks about the hundreds of clients that he takes care of each year. Don't let him fool you, he will take your money and run, if you do decide to use him, do not pay him any money until work is done and done right or you will never see him again.

Jeff Zullo is the MOST RESPONSIVE residential service provider I have ever been associated with! Almost without exception, Jeff returns my call within minutes if not hours of my calls. For example, yesterday I called asking a question about back flow testing, and also mentioned that I had a few sprinkler heads that were not working. I came home a few hours later, and there was a message from Jeff stating that he had replaced the two heads. And sure enough, in the back yard were 2 red flags and the old heads sitting on the patio. Anyone that has ever had work done at their home knows this is VERY unusual, but with All In One, that is always how its been for 2 years.

Quote was made over the phone, site unseen, starting at $2,500 and then finalized at $2,400. A week later I asked for a formal quote. We also discussed adding a drip system for my planters. He indicated the job was bigger than he thought and said he would have to charge at least $2,800. I reluctantly agreed. A week later I called him and told him I was interested. He ordered the underground locate and said he would start by the end of the following week. Work was delayed twice without a phone call. I had to call him and wait as much as a day for a return phone call. Then he showed up unannounced to plant flags where the sprinkler heads would go. I reminded him about the drip system and he insisted that was not included. I told him there must be a misunderstanding and he then accused me of calling him a liar. I told him it was a misunderstanding and that I would hear his revised quote. He started to pace it off then changed his mind and pulled his flags out and left.
