+ -1 moreHe went out of his way to work with our schedule and met us in the evening. He was on time and gave us suggestions on things to look for ourselves so we could save money.
Description of Work: He saved us from purchasing two houses that were not worth the money.

+ -1 moreChuck was there early and ready to start. He was very professional and explained the inspection process to me very clearly. He was very thorough in his inspection and gave me home maintenance tips for each of the areas as we went through (which I appreciated very much!). He was very patient in answering all of my questions and took extra time to show me how to operate the gas fireplace. I received the full report the next day by email! Very professional and thorough report including pictures. I am very pleased with the service I received from ACE Inspection Services.
Description of Work: Three bedroom, two bath home inspected prior to purchase. Complete inspection of all aspects of the home, including crawl space. (Could not inspect roof, covered in snow.)
