I have worked with him for a number of years on a variety of projects and will continue to do so. On the rare occasions something did not work out right he made good on it and fixed it.
Description of Work: I have flipped 5 houses in the last 3 years and Kraftwerks has been my primary contractor. He has built a deck, repaired 2 decks, done interior and exterior painting, framed and drywalled a basement, repaired siding and roofing and many other items both interior and exterior for me. I have found him to be honest, reliable and reasonably priced. He is very conscientious about the quality of his work. What he does is done right.

Clay was very prompt in responding to my initial phone message, and even came on a Saturday afternoon to look at the situation and provide a written estimate to do the work. He was very considerate as he did the work and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards.
Description of Work: Replaced a basement drain, and dug out and re-configured the concrete floor to channel water to the drain.

HE ALSO TEXTURED THE CEILING BUT IT DIDNT MATCH WELL, AND HE INSTALLED A FAN IN BATHROOM AND THIS WENT WAY OVER BUDGET BECAUSE IT TOOK HIM MUCH LONGER THAN HE ESTIMATED AT AN HOURLY RATE OF 25.00. WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH HIS EXTERIOR WORK, BUT HE DIDNT KNOW WHAT HE WAS DOING INSIDE.
