Awful Service. This is the second time we have had to use this company and they have given us an absolute run-around both times. They have not shown up twice without notice, not recorded a schedules appointment another time, there are always "parts not in yet", etc. Both times we have called to have them service our washer, it has taken a month or more to get the appliance fixed and the communication with them within that time has been horrid. Avoid using this company at all costs.

Called to have maintenance done on wash machine as it wasn't functioning optimally. Had to schedule an appointment almost two weeks out, but the service man was on time and very friendly when he arrived. Prices seemed a little high but the work was good.

They were on time, did the job in a very short period of time and were professional throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend them for any repair work and will definitely use them in the future if I need any work done.

They are very professional. They delivered the washer and dryer and took the old ones away. We will use them again.

I had to wait two weeks for them to; I was without a refrigerator for two weeks before they could come to install it. And they told me the compressor came in just a couple of days after they had ordered it but then it was nearly two weeks from when it came in until they could come and replace it. Supposedly everybody's appliances broke at the same time and they just had call after call. Supposedly the job was supposed to take two hours, but he wasn't here for two hours but I paid for two hours of service. Supposedly they just couldn't come any sooner because they didn't have a two hour block of time available. And then it wasn't even done right, they have been here two times since then and I have to call them again. When he replaced the compressor he had to use some sort of a torch, I guess it was some sauder balls hitting my vinyl floors. It totally burned the vinyl floor, it is under the refrigerator but still. There are like 16 burn marks. They said they would make it right, but he knew he did it and I had to complain about it, I didn't know about it initially. It wasn't until the refrigerator started leaking and I had to move it to clean up the water that I saw after fact what they had done. When he was here today to put more free-on in, I don't think he was going to say anything today, I had to bring it up. They say they will make it right but I have to address it again and again or he was just going to leave and say nothing about it.
