We are a professional power washing contractor who does this as a full time profession and not just someone looking to make a quick dollar on their weekend off. And as every other legitimate business would, we carry a $2 million dollar insurance policy to protect our customers. We utilize both hot and cold wash skids which gives us the ability to tackle any job presented to us. We use both standard pressure & softwashing applications depending on the project at hand and it’s requirements. For asphalt roofs, we use a dedicated low pressure roof cleaning system that sprays at an extremely low 60psi. This type of system is the only cleaning method approved by shingle manufacturers, and it won’t damage the crystals or void the shingle warranty. Masonry cleaning (concrete, brick, limestone, tile) is an art in itself. It takes a precise knowledge and cleaning method to clean these surfaces without damaging the cream of the concrete or the joints of other types of masonry. We have that knowledge and the right tools to clean it properly. Wood cleaning (decks, porches, fencing) isn’t a project for an unskilled individual. Wood is very easily damaged if you use too much pressure or, the wrong detergents can change the ph of the wood preventing a proper penetration of stain/sealer. This is only one area where years of training pays off. Not only can we clean that deck or fence, we can seal or stain it as well. We Have over 20 years of power washing experience, and we are an active member of the Power Washers and Window Cleaners Association in which we attend training seminars yearly to stay abreast of the latest techniques and processes and use the best of equipment available today. From the smallest residential job to the largest commercial project, we are the right company for the job at hand. We accept cash, check, and credit cards. And best of all, we guarantee your satisfaction!

We are a swimming pool contractor in Indiana. We do all operations of sales, service, and installations for pools, spas, and saunas. We have financing for pools and spas with very affordable payment plans.

"Buyer beware! Indiana Pools and Spas combines technical incompetence with a stunning lack of professionalism. Frankly, I am baffled that this place is still in business. A couple of months ago, I called Indiana Pools and Spas to ask for help with my 2009 Great Lakes Sunlighter hot tub that had worked reliably for years but was now exhibiting water temperature irregularities. Brad came out, ran a couple of tests, told me he couldn’t find anything wrong with the hot tub, and left, asking me to keep them updated on the situation. About a week later, I received a bill in the mail for $139 (“technical service call”). I called them, paid the bill, and explained that the hot tub was still not working. In response to that, I was eventually given a quote for $609.95 for the purchase and installation of a new heat tube assembly. I paid that amount, and eventually Brad came out again and installed the new heat tube. Having paid $609.95 for that job under the presumption that it would fix the problem I was paying them to fix, I was somewhat surprised when Brad told me, immediately upon installation, that if I continued to have temperature problems, it could in fact be the circuit board that is the issue. Sure enough, I continued to have temperature problems. So I called and let them know. In response to that, Brad came out to try something else: reprogramming the topside. (Why didn’t he try that before I spent $609.95 for the new heat tube assembly? Don’t ask…) Reprogramming the topside did not fix the problem. So I called and let them know. They got back to me and said they ordered “the new part”. Wait a minute, I said: I’m not agreeing to this until I know the price. What is the price? The receptionist seemed rather thrown off by this question and said they’d have to check with Brad and get back to me. Awhile later, I received an “estimate” via email (with absolutely no context: it was literally a blank email with an estimate as a pdf attachment, and no follow-up call to confirm that I had even received it). The estimate was: $862.03 for the purchase and installation of a new control unit and a new topside command unit. Coupled with what I’d already paid, that would bring the grand total to $1,610.97—a sizable amount, and still with no guarantee that the problem would actually be fixed. I replied that this was out of my budget and would be in touch again if needed. Brad replied almost instantly: “Thanks!!! Let me know if anything changes on your end.” Well, a few days later, my situation did change: I thought more about everything that had happened. I emailed Brad again, letting him know that I wished he had been upfront about the possibility of the circuit board being the issue to begin with. I calculated that if we had replaced the control unit (which includes the heat tube for this brand) and topside command unit to begin with, my total bill would’ve been $1,171.03 only. And since I had already paid $748.95 ($139 for the initial service call + $609.95 for the heat tube assembly), I was willing to pay the difference ($422.08—though actually I was generous and rounded up to $500.00), if he could fix the hot tub. I emphasized that this hot tub had been purchased from them around 2009 and that we hoped to continue using this company for our hot tub repair needs and eventually a replacement hot tub sometime in the future. I asked if that would be possible. His response? There was none. More than two weeks later, I am still waiting, but I’m not holding my breath. Brad lacked even the basic professional decency to acknowledge receipt of the email, let alone answer the question that it contained. So now I’m out $748.95, my hot tub is no better off than it was to begin with, and they will never see another dime of my money, even if that means paying more elsewhere. Do not let my experience be for naught: Avoid this company like the plague! (Oh, and speaking of plagues: Brad did not wear a mask while interacting with me.)"

Above ground pool installation services FAQs

The cost to repair a hot tub or spa ranges from about $170 to $550, depending on the repairs needed. Some of the most common hot tub repairs include leaks, clogged filters, and tripped GFCI breakers. If it’s an electrical problem, you should contact a professional hot tub repair service. Don’t DIY electrical repairs on a hot tub, as poorly repaired wiring can make the hot tub a serious electrocution hazard.

The average cost of an above-ground pool is between $1,100 and $5,700. Costs will vary depending on the type of pool you install. The low end of the price range includes a DIY kit for around $800 and goes up to about $15,000 for a custom pool with extra features like a deck and water features. Building an above-ground pool is much faster than installing an inground one. The cost tends to be much lower for an above-ground pool than for an inground pool because there’s less labor involved, especially when it comes to excavation and running plumbing and electrical lines.

Pool repair costs vary depending on the type of pool. Repairing an inground pool ranges from $350 to $2,700, depending on the extent of the repairs needed. Repairs to an above-ground pool usually cost $100 to $700. The most common repairs include patching or replacing the vinyl pool liner, fixing plumbing or electrical lines, and repairing pumps, filters, and other equipment.

Installing an inground pool costs around $55,000, on average. The typical price range is between $39,000 and $70,000, depending on the size and type of pool and accessibility of the site. This project requires an experienced pool installation contractor as the project usually involves extensive excavation, plumbing, electrical, concrete, and careful grading of the concrete or pavers around the pool.

From start to finish, building an inground pool takes anywhere from two to four months. Factors that impact time to completion include any weather delays, material delays or shortages, scheduling conflicts, and any unforeseen challenges. The project may take most of the pool season, depending on where you live. Because of this, it’s a good idea to start getting estimates and finding a qualified pool company at least a year before your anticipated installation. Spring and summer is the busy season for pool contractors, which impacts their availability as projects are typically booked for several weeks if not months.
