+ -1 moreGreat experience!! I loved Deanna's enthusiasm and energy and ideas! Deanna is very easy to work with and really seemed to understand my style. I've recommended her to friends. They have also been very pleased with her and her work.
Description of Work: Interior design consultation and plan development. Ordered furniture and accessories.

+ -1 moreDeanna Whetstone was initially very responsive, call returned quickly to set up initial appointment. Arrived on time, (6/1/11) discussed several options and ideas for my home, promised to mail plans for complete make over of one room to start with and sounded very enthusiastic. Several weeks passed with no communication from her. I tried emailing, calling office, texting, leaving messages to no avail.Toward the end of June she did return one call, talked briefly about furniture options and mailing me plans in the next several days. Again several weeks passed I did not receive anything. Imagine my frustration over an experience I had expected to be fun and exciting. The middle of July I received a bill for $225.00 for consultation and travel time. I payed the bill with a note asking her to contact me with cell phone, home phone and email address. I have never heard from her again.
Description of Work: Consultation regarding redecorating several rooms in my home. No other services received.
