We had a toilet which had had the wax ring replaced twice in the last few years but the leak kept returning. While previous plumbers just replaced the wax ring without looking for the source of the problem Westside Plumbing was able to figure out why this issue kept coming up and told us the solution. He fixed the issue quickly and efficiently. We've had this plumber out before when another company was charging a ridiculous rate for an easy fix. We've been happy with his service both times and would highly recommend him to others. He was on time, his rates were reasonable, he is friendly and thoroughly explains what the issues are and what can be done.

Went very well. Arrived at established time. Removed old water softener and Installed new one. Gave me related paperwork. Explained how to use new appliance & how to make it work best for me. My daughter's family has used Westside plumbing more recently. I recommend to neighbors & family.

I ordered a new dishwasher online and had it delivered to my home. When it came time to have it installed, I called around to a few different plumbing service providers and came across Westside Plumbing. I was extremely happy with the service from the first phone call to the final clean-up. He was professional, punctual and extremely friendly. He knew exactly what needed to be done and had insights on the type of dishwasher that I had ordered. He also removed my old dishwasher and disposed of it, which was a surprise because other plumbing services told me that they wouldn't do it! Another thing was that Westside Plumbing was about $150 less than the other plumbing services. While the saying "you get what you pay for" is usually true, in this case, I feel that Westside Plumbing provided better service than the others would have! I will definitely be calling him back the next time I need plumbing services!

I had a frozen pipe emergency leak and this plumber was able to work me in late in the afternoon on the day of the emergency. After he made these repairs my water heater started leaking (14 years old) and he came back to replace it and the valves on my water pipes in the garage so that they flip instead of crank. He also made a repair to my water softener. They cleaned up after themselves and everything was done professionally and timely. It was not a cheap proposition but I felt the service warranted the price.

Less than hour after he started the clog was free and water drained immediately. I would recommend Bobby every single time because of his quick response, his knowledge and wisdom and his friendliness. We support local small businesses so we won't hesitate in calling him again.

What started out as a DIY project gone wrong turned out just fine with the help of Bobby. We had a little 'incident' while trying to replace our water softener ourselves. My husband tried to repair the damage, but the leak/broken piece was a little beyond him, thus we called Westside Plumbing after hours on a Friday night. He returned our call within 45 minutes and was out bright and early Saturday morning as promised. He called before he came to let us know he was on his way, was professional in his manner and dress, assessed our situation and fixed the problem in a timely manner. He also hooked up the new water softener for us. While he was out there we had him write up an an estimate for a much larger job (bringing out water to our back pasture/fruit grove area) that would like to have done later this spring. We would definitely hire him again and refer him to friends, family and Angie's List members.

Everything went well but I was shocked by the price. Shame on me for not asking for an estimate. They were on site for about an hour and a half. When I asked for an itemized receipt I received: Cut out existing Delta shower valve and installed Delta Multichoice shower valve in master bath shower. Installed 1700 series cartridge and chrome trim kit including new chrome Delta multiple position shower head. Tested- working fine at this time with no leaks. $625.00 Cut 14" access hole in drywall in master bath to install new shower valve. Homeowner to install access panel or repair drywall. $95.00 Angie's List Discount $50.00 They did arrive as promised and the work was good.

They arrived promptly and repaired the pipe in minutes..

Mr. Lott was able to provide service to us within a couple of hours from when we called. He was very professional. He seemed very knowlegable and didn't seem to mind all the questions I asked. We decided to upgrade the size of our water heater to a 75 gallon tank. His prices are very reasonable~much less than most of the large vendors even after coupons! When he was finished, there was no mess to deal with and he took the old tank with him. We will definitely call Westside Plumbing for any future needs.

Westside Plumbing was fabulous. They were wonderful. I would give them A+ on everything. If we have more plumbing to do, I would call them.

We had moved into new house a couple of months before and the toilet was flushing slowly and frequently stopping up. They used a plumbing snake and cleared out the blockage and tested it thoroughly before leaving to make sure it was flushing ok. They were very prompt, polite and efficient. We were new to Brownsburg and had contacted them because of their favorable Angies List reviews and that they were local. Very impressed and will call them again.

It was good. They sent two guys out and were here under an hour. There were no additional fees

This provider was excellent. He was able to come to our home on very short notice to replace our sump pump before a huge snow melt and rain event. He was on time, courteous, and very professional. His price was less than half that of another provider we received a quote from. Would definitely recommend him and use him again!

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went okay. I didn't have any major complaints. I asked them about doing some additional work and they were a little high. They were adequate. They were pretty responsive and punctual.

Checked the line coming to the house for proper pressure and lines within the house as well. We were on a deadline to close the home and had to have a few things double checked after the inspection. They made time the day after I called and were prompt and got everything checked in a timely manner. We will definitely use this company in the future.

I had issues with my whole house drains stopping up. They came out found the problem fixed it and never had an issue again.

They also showed me how to do it so that if I needed to change any of the others, I could do it myself. I really appreciated that. They even gave me the plastic piece that I would need to do the job. Great folks.

He was friendly and helpful. He explained why one of the 2 items I called him out for wasn't urgent.
