Were here for 40 minutes and charged $400.00. Could of communicated prices before they came out. They had a set price, if they had told me that, I wouldn't of had them come out.

It was very good. Bobby worked hard and finished up the work in a couple of hours. He also cleaned up after his work which was very much appreciated.

Started experiencing toilet and shower back up in all bathrooms. Called at 12 noon not really expecting anyone to be able to come out same day without paying for urgent service. Bobby (the owner) answered the phone immediately. Explained to him what was going on. Said they would try their very best to be out later in the day. He called me back just a few minutes later told me not to use any of the bathrooms and they would definitely make it out a little later to take care of the problem. Called this particular company based on their reviews and receiving the super service award- they definitely provide promptness, professionalism, and quality service at a very decent rate plus I used a 10% off coupon they offer with Angies List. (Saved $50). Jacob called a little later said he would arrive at my house in approx 10 min as he was leaving Danville from another job. Very nice young man, and very professional. Assured me he would be able to help and solve the problem. The main drain from our home leading to the city sewer was blocked for some reason (he explained prob some roots or something obstructed it) used his 100 foot snake machine and ended up using about 90 feet of it before he found and broke up the blockage, spent little over and hour making sure he had broken up whatever it was. He then had me turn on all faucets and he waited patiently and made sure the water was flowing freely in the main drain before he left. I have to say I have found our "regular" plumbers now with Westside Plumbing. I wouldnt think about calling anyone else after the great experience with them. I will definitely recommend them to family and friends as well. You cannot go wrong with this company!

Installer was prompt and professional. Work was completed in an hour. I used their coupon on their Angie's List page for 10% off.

Bobby Lott and his assistant, Jacob, did an outstanding job on all the required installations and repairs. They are very efficient, friendly and prompt, paying attention to details and customer satisfaction. Having owned 7 homes over the years and doing many of the same tasks Westside Plumbing did, I understand efficient and quality work. This company provide both at an excellent level. I was satisfied with the quote and the fact that it was met almost to the dollar! I highly recommend Westside Plumbing for any and all of the services they provide.

I started noticing my hot water would only last about 5 minutes before going cold. I had a newer heater that was installed in Dec. 2015, so it was about 3 & 1/2 years old. I called up Westside Plumbing, immediately connected, and was able to get on the schedule for a time that worked for me. Bobby called me morning of to let me know he was on his way and showed up during his expected time window. He wore booties walking through my house and was extremely professional. He quickly took a look at the water heater and determined that the lower water heater element was bad and showed me exactly how he determined that. He also took time to explain to me how the heating elements worked. He walked me through the pricing, the parts was covered under The total bill was $250 and a 10% discount was applied for being a Angie's List Member. Total time onsite was just under a hour.

They were kind of expensive because we bought a new sun pump. We didn't need one, we just got it, because we didn't know. We had problems with the water softener. It was a brand that Lowe's wouldn't honor that the previous owner bought. We bought a new water softener and the water softer had a leak. He came out and replaced it at no additional cost -- no hassle.

They were great. We've used them three times. The last time was the toilet bowl was not holding water.

The work was done friendly and professional manner. Options with their pros and cons were thoroughly explained. Challenges posed by non-standard fittings were dealt with patiently and NOT used as an excuse to overcharge. I wold have no hesitation calling on Westside Plumbing again or recommending it to a friend.

Bobby was very easy to communicate with and schedule. He arrived on time this morning and after a quick analysis of the leak and set-up, he determined that he could replace the parts and that we would not have to replace the entire faucet - saving us significant money. He was very honest and helpful, providing great suggestions to a few concerns we had. I really respect his integrity and professionalism.

West Side Plumbing showed up promptly the day I called to service my sump pump and backup pump as well as give my water heater hot water recirculation system a look over. It was determined that my sump should be replaced and within 45 minutes this was done. The price fair, the service prompt and conducted in a professional manor.

Brian with Westside Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning was very professional and explained everything prior to beginning the service on our furnaces. He did a very thorough cleaning of the inside of each of the furnaces as well as a mechanical and electronic check of the furnaces. He cleaned the deck of the furnaces as well as the blower blades which had light amounts of dirt on the fan blades. He was very thorough. He checked the electronics and mechanical operation of the furnaces and found nothing noteworthy that needed replaced or service attention at this time. We will certainly recommend Westside Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning for all work and will continue to utilize them in the future. Additionally, they came at a last minute to assist us as we had difficulty with another HVAC company. This company is a cut above and I would recommend them to everyone!

I called Bobby from Westside Plumbing on a Tuesday. He came out later that same day. Bobby told me he could start Thursday at 9am. He sent me an estimate that same day for the work he did and some other things for the future that we had discussed. Bobby showed up on time, got right to work and finished all work around noon. All parts of the job looked great!! He did what he said he would do, did it on time and was very professional and a pleasure to deal with. I will definitely refer him to anyone I know and will use him again for future jobs.

He was through a recommendation of a friend. They've been fantastic. They provided the pump. They were here for about an hour or two hours. They were pretty fast. There were no problems at all.

Bobby arrived on time and was very professional. He told us what was need to be done and the cost. When done everything was cleaned up and he took any trash with him. I will use Westside again if the need arises.

Westside showed up on time as scheduled, had hoped for an earlier day, but was booked, being I live near his home service area, would of hoped for sooner. Figured out issue within minute, which was a ba do ring. Stated the little rubber on ring was product specific and needed to purchase an entire sprayer, just to utilize the small 10 cent rubber o ring from the new sprayer.. Being a plumber, would think there would be several of these different rings on the truck since they take up very little space. My options were to not have the work done, and pay a service fee, or allow my sink to leak and go to the hardware store to attempt to find the needed rubber o ring. Since I am busy and not handy, I paid the high price for this 15 minute visit. I believe in life if one receives a fair price, and good service people will recommend and call that company Again, and again. Based on the cost vs time he spent, would not use again as I believe there has to be a way to obtain a small rubber ring without buying a new sprayer...I know Delta would of sent a replacement, but with a slow leak, needed it done now.

The service turned out well. They arrived on time. They fixed the issue and had no problems. I would use them again in the future.
