Description of Work: We were referred by another local plumber to do a sewer drain cleaning when our water started gurgling and backing up in our toilet. It was past 5 pm on new year's eve, and Westside came out within an hour with special equipment to flush the drain. He was efficient and done within 45 minutes. We were charged a $100 emergency fee on top of the regular fee. The price was a little more expensive than we were expecting, per some of the Angie's List reviews, but this was worth every penny not to be out of water on New Year's Eve! Thanks!

Description of Work: Westside Plumbing was called to repair a leaking toilet tank. Mr. Lott was prompt, professional and friendly. He was quick to diagnose the issue and offer advice on how to better avoid this issue in the future. The replacement was installed in a matter of minutes and he was on his way. I'm very pleased with the service.

Description of Work: I was having problems with my sump pump alarming daily. Westside plumbing guided me through how to check and fix the problem myself and arranged to have the unit sent back to the factory for free warranty service. Westside did not charge me anything for his time and service.

Description of Work: Replaced cartridge in shower. They showed me how to do it in case the other shower faucet cartridge ever needed to be replaced. They were great.

Description of Work: We have had an ongoing problem with a sump pump pit in front of the garage getting overfilled and flooding our garage and basement. For 2 years we tried installing larger pumps, increased the size of the sump pit, added battery back-ups, and even added a second pump. We continued to have problems with pumps burning out quickly and still had flooding during storms. | |In December 2010, we hired Westside Plumbing to install two 1/3 HP pumps and reconfigure the positioning in the pit. We still had problems with flooding. After consulting with Zoeller, we determined that the pump size was grossly inadequate for the volume of water that funnels from multiple locations. We special ordered two 1 HP pumps and had Westside install them in Sep 2011. | |We hired Westside again for maintenance on the pipes in Jan and Apr 2013 for normal wear and tear as well as other household plumbing work. I have been happy with their work and would recommend them highly. In fact, I may hire them in 2014 for some plumbing for a bathroom remodeling project.

Description of Work: They replaced some faucets for me including a touch faucet in my kitchen. They are a good company. Their price is very comparable to others. They are very professional. Their work is good and they bill you on time.
