Excellent experience. Bobby was prompt, helpful, and very personable. He explained what he was doing during the installation and was great to talk with during the entire process.

I called Westside hoping to get a quick garbage disposal installation under our new counter and sink. Bobby came out quickly as promised. Problems with our plumbing were going to make installation complicated and expensive. Bobby discussed our options and when I decided not to proceed, he explained how I could finish my drain connection without the disposer so we'd be OK on Christmas. I decided to have Bobby do that project instead. I'll call him for any future plumbing needs.

My wife called me to say we had sand coming out of a bathtub faucet. I immediately called Westside Plumbing and Bobby informed me it might be the water softener going bad and not to use any water until he could check it out because the resin from the softener could cause a lot of damage and be very expensive to fix. He was able to come that afternoon and verify that was the issue. Fortunately due to calling him we caught it early and we had to only replace the water softener (which was going to be expensive enough). It only cost us $59 for the service visit.After checking water softener prices we decided to have Bobby put in a new one since the prices I was being quoted were fairly similar and he could come in the next day to replace the old one. He also pointed out that piping for the original softener had been put in incorrectly and that he would be able to fix it. He also was able to move around some pipes going to the water softener so we would be able to put in a humidifier on our furnace. I have used him twice with very good results. He has has been very responsive coming by the same day both times. He was also very professional and I feel like potentially saved us money from options others had proposed. We will be using him again for future plumbing problems (which hopefully won't be many)

I talked with Bobby regarding options in replacing our old water heater (stay with gas or convert to electric). He spent some time on the phone, providing me a lot of information/education that helped me make a decision. Within 24 hours, we had a new unit installed. Bobby reminded us of the Angie's list discount and knocked $50 off of the price. I will remember Westside next time we have a plumbing problem.

Bobby and Ben called to let me know they could come earlier than the appointed time, which was fine with me. Bobby determined that I really didn't need a complete toilet rebuild, so he just replaced the flapper, but he said the flush valve was not operating properly. He didn't have the right kind, so he went to a store and got one. He also did some resetting of another toilet that was wobbling a bit. This and other minor fixes he made were beyond what the coupon covered, but I was appreciative that he made the offer to take care of these problems as well. He also alerted me to the fact that I have too high water pressure coming into the house and gave me an estimate (~$600) for correcting this problem, which he said would put less wear and tear on my appliances. He was thorough, professional, and very helpful. He will be at the top of my list for any future plumbing needs.

The work went smoothly. Bobby was prompt, professional and got the job done with little fuss. He was neat ( wore shoe covers in my home) and was quite personable.

Bobby was able to work with my schedule and get out here quickly. He was very professional and easy to communicate with. After I agreed that his estimation of what the work would cost was acceptable he got right to work. He determined the best course of action for the repair, kept me informed of the progress and enlightened me on the products he was going to install. We are planning on putting in new flooring throughout most of the house and I wanted him to also take a look at a problematic toilet. After taking a look, he recommended a temporary solution that I could do myself for very little cost that would help alleviate the problem in the meantime. He could have easily made the repair and tacked it on to the bill knowing that he would get another chance to come out and charge me for it again after the flooring job was done but in his words, "I hate to see you spend the money twice." Bobby did a great job and I will definitely be calling him again should the need arise in the future.

The plumber--neat and personable--arrived, and I showed him what I wanted done. He installed the faucet without much-ado. I like simplicity, and, quite simply, he was in and out. The faucet works just fine! Ta--dahh.

He was wonderful. I had scheduled the appt. very easily on the phone with him. On the morning of the service, he called an hour in advance to say he was headed my way. He knocked on the door wearing his clean booties over his shoes, looked at the work to be performed and went from there. Very professional and easy to work with.

Bobby was very prompt in returning my call. He came out promptly to look at the leak and did not charge a service call fee because I could not be there due to my work schedule. He told me the leak had been temporarily repaired by the water company and that it could hold the leak for a while. The repair would cost a few hundred dollars and it should be ok to watch it for a while and he could repair it at a later date if needed. I appreciated his honesty and thinking what was best for me instead of just making the fix that would be very expensive. I am a single mom and I appreciate his help with knowledge. If I need someone to repair it, I will definetly give him a call to complete the work.

The entire repair went quickly and smoothly. I also asked him about a refurbished water softener which was nickel and diming me. He quoted me a very reasonable price. I am not happy with the company that sold me the refurbished softener and do not want to continue to deal with them.

After cleaning up dinner, I turned on the garbage disposal and nothing happened.So, we sent Robert an email Sunday night and he called us early Monday morning to set up a time to come look at the garage disposal. He called before he came and arrived when he said he would. He was able to quickly fix the problem (a switch of the breaker on the garbage disposal and a twist of his large screw driver) and we were back in working order. Robert was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable not to mention clean and professional.

I was pleased with them and would use them again. Their price was appropriate for their work.

Even though it was a minor job, Bobby gave us some tips on how to keep the garbage disposal from jamming in the future. I really appreciated this... he could have just taken his money and run, but he took the opportunity to educate us a bit so that we wouldn't have to make a service call like this in the future. This is the way to do business and establish customer loyalty! Westside Plumbing will always be our first call.

Bobby did a great job at explaining in detail everything he was gonna do plus gave me some advice on doing some of the little things by myself to save money. He was very friendly and professional. Everything works just fine after he was done.

Bobby Lott is great! Not only did he fix what was needed, he noticed a potential problem with my water heater. He told me what needed to be done, offered to complete that repair as well after I spoke to the manfuactuer. He cared. That's what I noticed the most. Bobby Lott was not interested in "nickel and dime"s of the service; he was more concerned about the customer. Never will call the big plumbing companies again! I have a plumber now!

Highly recommend. Patient and cooperative from start to finish. Replied either to my e-mails or phone calls in a timely manner and took time to answer all my questions. Gave me recommendation on garbage disposal to purchase and was able to show me the item on his blackberry. Informative and very thorough in his work checking everything and cleaned up everything. I trust his opinion and will call on him from now on for any plumbing needs in the future.
