Westside Plumbing showed up as promised on very short notice. They fixed the problem with my kitchen sink and garbage disposal in just a few minutes. It would have taken me a few hours to figure it out, money very well spent!

Mr. Lott and his assistant arrived exactly at the scheduled time. They checked out the leak and the bathtub faucet. They found that the cartridge in the faucet needed to be replaced. They went and purchased the part, intalled it, and explained to me how I could change it myself if either of my bathtubs started dripping again. All of this was done in about 1 hour 20 minutes. I was extremely satisfied with the work, the price and the plumbing lesson. I will definitely use Westside Plumbing again, and I will recommend them to everyone.

Contacted Bobby at Westside. Received a reasonable quote on the work I was requesting. He went into detail and was very knowledgeableabout the service requested. I was also impressed by his recommendation to visit a web link detailing the equipmnet he utilizes. I expressed concern about my sump being out, the coming rain and the risk of my basement flooding. They went out of the way to squeeze my service in and arrived withing 1-2 hours. Very friendly, professional. Work was done promptly and additional information regarding the equipment was reviewed. I would absolutely recommend this father-son team to anyone needing plumbing work done.

I was extremely pleased with the quality of service and the pricing to complete the work within a short period of time. We had Bob look at another issue and he referred the work to another type of contractor which is to be applauded. There is a reason why those with an "A" rating have "A" rating.

So it's been a few months and a lot of rain!!! There are no issues, our basement is still dry, it's quite and I am just grateful for all the work he did to keep our home safe and DRY.

I live in California but the property in question is in Indianapolis. The tenant who lives there reported that the sump pump was not discharging water properly so I researched Angie's list and found a plumber who is located near the property. In speaking with the plumber ,Bobby Lott, I wanted to make sure he would explain what was being done wrong and "show and tell" with my tenants so they do not inadvertantly create a problem. He did the "show and tell" and explained what was being done right and what alternatives there are. He also replaced the sump pump, the check valve and provided a proper discharge pipe. He then emailed me the bill promptly.

Overall, an excellent and professional job by a courteous person.

On the morning of Jan. 10, I was preparing breakfast and noticed water flowing out from under my kitchen sink. I cleaned up the mess and checked with Angie's List for a referral. Bobby at Westside Plumbing stood out from the referrals, and because I am not far from Brownsburg, I called. Instead of putting me off for a day or two, he came out immediately. I now have his number on my refrigerator and will use him from now on. He did a great job and was apologetic the fix was so easy for the price of the service call.

We called Bobby on a Saturday morning and left a message. He promptly returned our call. Due to New Year's, the first available date he had was the following Wednesday afternoon. He called to say that he was on the way and to confirm that showing up 15 minutes early was okay. He replaced a leaking pipe (the short one that sticks out of the wall to provide water to the toliet) and checked our sump pump. He took time to explain how the sump pump worked, how to refill the water in the battery, and that we needed to add a surge protector. Turned out that our sump pump had quit working, so he ended up replacing that as well. He was extremely professional and very knowledgable. He also told us what would be involved in plumbing the basement to add a full bath including an estimate on cost and time frame for completion in case we decide we want to do that in the future. Absolutely would hire again with no reservations. Overall, a fantastic experience.

The basement sewage pump seized several days prior. Bobby came out to check the pump, and it had freed up by the time I had him come to the house. He was in the area when I first called, and he was at my house in 15 minutes. He did an excellent job of explaining the life expectancy of my equipment, the reason for the pump seizure and why it resolved. He made several astute observations concerning the electrical configuration of my system and checked my backup batteries, which were in dire need of distilled water. He was very informative and instructive, asked if I had any other problems, and he was very personable. I will definitely be calling him for all of my plumbing needs in the future. So many large companies want to hook you into a service agreement for lower rates, but when it comes to plumbing, that just doesn't make sense to me. Bobby never mentioned such a thing, and he now has my future business without a service agreement.

The alarm on the backup to our sump pump sounded, and the light indicated that the pump had been activated. It didn't make sense, since the sump pump was operating. But even after we turned off the alarm, it sounded again -- repeatedly. So we called Westside Plumbing, based on Angie's List reviews. Bobby responded promptly and was able to come to our house within a half hour. He diagnosed a bad switch on the primary sump pump, causing it to run nonstop, overheat, shut down and prompt the backup to switch on. He explained the situation to me, including his recommendation for the kind of pump we should have installed, and he quoted the price. He replaced the pump quickly and efficiently. He was professional and friendly. We'll definitely call him again when we have future plumbing needs.

Bobby was great! From the phone call to the final payment it was a great experience. He replaced the shower valve within 6hours of my phone call. It was really important to have the work completed fast because we didn't have any water on in the house. He completed the work in less time and for less money than the other quotes I received.

Called and scheduled appointment - Bobby showed up, I explained what I needed done. I explained that I believed that my water heater needed an expansion tank added as the water heater releases pressure via the popoff valve many times day and night. This doubled my water bil each month. He checked out my water system and agreed with my diagnosis that an expansion tank was needed for my water heater. He did not have the part with him, so we scheduled appointment to come back return. Bobby showed up and installed expansion tank on my water heater. Since he did not have the part on his trailor, he did not charge me a second service charge. which was great. Bobby seemed to have great knowledge of plumbing and appeared to know his profession. I waited to see if the expansion tank worked before I posted my review on Angie's List. The tank is working perfect - not a single release of pressure since it was installed. I expect my water bill to drop and my water tank to last a long time. I will call Westside Plumbing again if I ever need plumbing services again.

I called the day before and he was at my house first thing in the morning, right on time. I plan to hire him again. In fact I'm going to call as soon as my wife gets off the phone.

Mr. Lott came out the same day that I called and did the job the same day. He arrived with everything he needed in a trailer. I am very pleased with the work he did. We had more to be done than I first thought. He explained everything very well and got me the best deal he could for the amount of work that needed to be done. When he was done he showed me what he had done. I would definately reccomend him to my friends when they need plumbing done.

I called around noon to get an appointment to have plumbing items repaired. He was able to come out that same day. He reviewed all of my plumbing issues with me and explained what would be required to fix or replace these items. Many of the items were on his truck but because I had chosen to go with a bigger horsepower garbage disposer and a different shower head he had to go to pick these items up from the store. He came back within an hour and had all items replaced that same afternoon. I appreciated the time he spent explaining the filter system as well as the sump pump system since I have never had these before in the home. He was very professional and explained all costs up front before doing any work.The work area was left clean and the items that he repaired have been doing great.I will use Westside plumbing for all my future plumbing issues.

He was really good. I spent very little for the job. It was a simple problem. It was one that I probably could have fixed on my own. I think he charged me like $45 for coming out but he gave me a lot of good advice on how to fix the problem the next time, so it was like free advice he was giving me. I could tell he was an honest guy. He was basically telling me how I could fix it rather than charging me each time he came out to fix it, so I think that was quite noble of him. He was fair and honest and provided good service. I would use him again in the future.
