Description of Work: They came out because I thought I had a problem that I wasn't sure about. He came out and went through my entire tank-less water heater system with me. He explained what was going on and what needed to be done. He spent about forty five minutes looking over the entire system with me and only charged me for the service call. It was a really good experience and I would definitely use their services again. They did an excellent job and I was really pleased with the service.

Description of Work: Westside plumbing did an excellent job! They arrived at 8am and worked on my leaking bathtub faucet and sink until about 10:30am. I was very pleased with their work. My plumbing was a little outdated, but they were able to make the necessary repairs.. Very nice father and son team. I Would recommend and use them again.

Description of Work: This is the second time we have used this firm. The first time, he stuck with a difficult job until it was completely resolved, even though it took about twice as long to accomplish. He did it professionally, and charged what he originally quoted, even though it took longer than he expected. This second visit, we had three minor problems, and he resolved them quickly and professionally. We would definitely hire him again, and we highly recomend his services.
