It went very well.
Description of Work: Our heat exchanger died on us and Summers came out and worked with us. Summers even provided us with heating units for the night so we could stay in our house. They came out the next day and got everything installed.

I had a great first experience with Summers. After the noise of my backup sump pump woke me up at 3:00 am on a Sunday morning, I investigated and found that the main pump was not working. With rain predicted for the next three days, I called Summers immediately after realizing that they were open 24/7/365 with no overtime charges. Their emergency line took my call and had a technician, Cody, call me back within 10 minutes. He was finishing another job about 45 minutes from my house and assured me that he would head to my house as soon as he completed the work. As promised, Cody arrived just over 1 hour later. We discussed the problem and then he verified the issue was a faulty main sump pump. Cody had a high-quality replacement in inventory with him (he was driving a van AND pulling a trailer so he was well equipped). He quoted me a price and then completed the work in a quality, professional, and timely manner. Additionally, I had already planned to replace a separate pump in my ejector pit, so Cody installed the pump I supplied him at my request (which he quoted in the overall price). This was my first experience with Summers and I am extremely happy with the result. From beginning to end, they exceeded expectations and turned my 3:00 am weekend wake-up call from a headache into a positive result. Many thanks to Summers, and especially Cody. Great work!

Johnathon was extremely professional, very polite and explained everything he was doing. He was careful not to make a mess in the house while he worked, wearing shoe coverings. He was very thorough, finding the source of the leak and even went under the crawlspace to see how widespread the damage was. He showed me pictures of the damage in the crawlspace as well.

Everything was completed in a few hours on the day scheduled. The techs were very friendly and professional. They didn't leave untill they vacuumed the route from the back door, down stairs to the furnace. I highly recommend Summers.All round a great job
