In providing estimate, Andrew pointed out areas of my roof where algae growth was evident and explained the roof cleaning process. He diligently noted an area of the roof that was difficult access and see due to tree leaf coverage and requested I inspect this area after the leaves fall. After cleaning was completed and leaves fell, he sent a much appreciated followup message asking how the roof looked. I found a small spot of algae discoloration in the difficult to access and see area that he promptly came out and reapplied cleaner to. In summary, I was very pleased with the experience and service, especially the followup communication after the job.

It went great. When I placed my initial phone call to get an estimate. I left a voicemail message. Andrew returned my call within minutes. He showed up exactly on time for the estimate. After consulting with my wife, I called him to give the go-ahead on the job. We had a weather delay but he showed up promply on the re-scheduled date. He did an excellent job at a good price. We even received a follow-up call a couple of weeks later to make sure that we were satisfied. I highly recomment this company and would definitely use them again.

Great! Andrew promised to come back and do another wash if we found streaks once the rain has stopped. During one dry afternoon, it looked 98% better.

Did a great job, and said once the sun dries out the roof, to call if any traces were left. As it turned out had one small spot so he returned promptly to clean it. I would diffidently recommend you get at least a quote from him before you decide.

We were very pleased with the service provided by Andrew Musser of Premier Curb Appeal. Andrew explained how the chemical solution would kill the algae and prevent future growth and how the product and process he used was in conformance with those recommended by our shingle manufacturer. He took steps to prepare the roof by removing debris such as leaves and sticks from the roof and gutters and then applied the solution. The results were amazing. A roof that appeared to have a green tint due to algae growth now looks the way it should. He was even kind enough to help me move my grill back to my patio when he was finished. We highly recommend Premier Curb Appeal to anyone who needs to have their roof or siding cleaned.

Service was excellent. Andrew was timely in both his estimate and in his actual work. We had some storm damage and needed the roof cleaned before some scheduled gutter repair work. He cleaned the debris from the storm off the roof and cleaned the roof. He also cleaned along the bottom of the house where there was some moss accumulating on the bricks. The best part was he cleaned my sidewalk. It's white and clean looking now. There was one part where he couldn't get out the stains from a walnut tree so he rebated part of my money. That was a happy surprise! He had me inspect his work to ensure I was happy with the results.

I got 2 estimates for roof cleaning. By far, Premier was the better Price (almost half the price of the other company). They were quick and punctual. The work was done while I was away at work during the day (they were in/out in less than a few hours) and there wasn't a shred of evidence that they had been there..except for a fantastic looking roof!! I had been fretting over those ugly algae stains for years and tought they made the house look dilapitated. I am so relieved to have them gone. My roof looks brand new! Thanks so much..very pleased.

Andy responded so quickly--within 12 hours of becoming a first time father. He gave us an on-site explanation of the process. We didn't select him because it seemed competitors offered more effective cleaning agents, but his quote was lower.

Andrew was very careful and very thorough. Although he had quoted us $50 to clean the gutters, he chose not to charge us because the gutters weren't very dirty. He came when he said he would, and charged what he estimated the roof cleaning job to be. He also said he'd call us in a couple of weeks to make sure we were completely satisfied. If any dark spot persists, he said he'd return to spot clean it. To date, the roof looks great. I will definitely use his services again, and I highly recommend him. He was very professional as well as personable.

Andrew was excellent! There was a small streak remaining on the north side that no one but he and I would have noticed. However, the returned about a week later when he was in the neighborhood to reclean and remove it. I am extremely pleased with his work.

We have had black stains on our roof and on the vinyl siding for the back side of the house for several years now. A home inspector told me what I could buy at the home improvement center to remove all of this, but I just didn't want to mess with it. I happened to see Andy's truck one day, spoke to him about the process and the rest is history. All of the stains on the roof and siding are gone and all I had to do was write the check, which I was more than happy to do.
