The new table looks great!! Excellent workmanship!!

Great! Craig had to take them apart, fix some of the pieces, reglue them and put new cane seats on them. They look brand new and are stable again. They haven't been used in years (actually, since my grandmother died 30 years ago) and are now at my table.

It went pretty well. There were a few missteps in the beginning with getting some measurements crossed and getting the stability of the table, but Mr. Nunn was able to correct these. Mr. Nunn cares very much about the quality of his work and wants each piece to be well used and enjoyed by his client. He is also a very pleasant person with whom to work.

Craig responded very quickly to my inquiry through Angie's List, and came by to give us an estimate within the week. Dressers are both beautifully refinished now. Very impressed with the quality and attention to detail. Can't be in a hurry, but the result was worth the wait. We have several more items we are going to have him refinish as well.

Craig did a great job. The furniture has an updated look with darker stain. We hope to keep it in the family another 60 years.

He masterfully came up with a solution that helped us with our bed dilemma.

Craig spent a great deal of time researching where a missing chair back slat could be made and found a carpenter in Asheville, NC who could reproduce the exact piece. My many compliments to him on his insistence to get the job done correctly. Craig was very faithful to provide updates; I always knew where I stood in the course of getting this repair made and throughout the refinishing process. He brought a 40 year old table back to life!

He quoted they would be done in 3-6 weeks, and then completed them and got them back to me in 2 weeks! I'm thrilled and I will use him again - as well as recommend him to anyone!

Craig was very personable and knowledgeable. He said it would take about six weeks but was finished in 4 weeks. Craig took the beds apart & when he returned, he put them back together.

The work was done beautifully. Chest is now restored to what we think is more like it was when it was originally made. Great job!

I dropped off the chair at his workshop on Tuesday, and he had it all done on Friday. His workshop was very convenient to my home and easy to find.

I contacted Craig about three days before I needed him to do quite a big job, and in a hurry. I needed a midcentury sofa and two chairs re-glued and screwed for stability and I needed turn around to be three days. I knew it was a long shot that anyone would be able to do so much work so fast, but Craig agreed to the work. He came to get the furniture precisely when he said he would and then emailed me with a photo of the furniture disassembled. He brought the pieces back to my house at the agreed upon time and they were like new! I am so grateful for his extra effort in getting these fixed so quickly. He did charge a rush fee, but that was totally fair. Also, Craig was polite, and well, normal. I would definitely contact Craig again for my furniture repair needs!

excellent craftsman ship and very easy to work with

Craig was responsive over a large period of time, from the initial request for a quote in the fall of 2013 up until delivery of the finished product. He took pictures from someone's homemade game table, and with specification changes for height and other issues, designed and adjusted the table to suit our requests. He helped us figure out what we wanted in the table, and worked through the design to overcome unforseen obstacles while still providing the table as requested. There were some issues with punctuality. Originally on signing the contract we were told approximately 8 weeks for construction and delivery, and as 8 weeks came we were told Craig hadn't even begun the project except for the legs of the table. We were also told that per the contract, the table had until the beginning of September for completion, which was approximately a month away at the time. The beginning of September came and went, and because of some scheduling issues and what was evidently overbooking, Craig had not completed the project, but was close. The weather exasperated the problem because of the need to allow the stain to set correctly. In the end, Craig was 20 days late according to the contract, and nearly two months late compared to the original expectations we were given. Craig was always professional and polite. The end product is very nice, however, and shows the efforts of a true craftsman. The price was quite reasonable compared to similar products available from outlets like 'Geek Chic', which have a wait-list of more than one year. Overall my wife and I are quite pleased and would definitely use Paradigm Furniture Studio again, and I would recommend Craig to friends and family if they had a similar need.

Craig did a wonderful job. We can't find the fixed split area, the table looks brand new. The cost was minimal compared to the work, and what I would have had to pay for a new table in hard maple that would easily seat 12, and could cram in a couple more. If you want great work, call Paradigm. I'd give him AAA if were available.

Craig was very professional and flexible when scheduling. He arrived on time, assessed the situation, provided an estimate and details about how he would fix. We agreed on price and he was able to work on the pieces right then. One piece required transport action to his work shop and he was extra careful; and well prep area with protection covering etc. He called back promptly to arrange delivery. He even remembered that I had a dog and brought a treat

An all wood chest of drawers finally showed some wear from the daily use from a 5 year old. The drawer track was broken and when pulled out too far, would completely disengage. Paradigm came to our house to review the problem so we didn't have to transport the huge piece of furniture. They were able to fix part of it on site and took the drawer with them to complete the repair. Two years on, and it still works great. The repair has held up very well.

He had to do some gluing on the sides of the drawers. Unlike most Angie's big deal he didn't charge me for a lot of extras.

He is great at responsiveness. I’m very, very pleased with him and the work he’s done so far. There were a couple flaws in the table he was working on so he wants to re-do the whole thing. He’s very, very good!

They came to us to do the work. They refinished a coffee table and the work was fine. I do think they could have noted the average cost for having this work done as the big deal didn't cover much of the price of work.

The work is outstanding! Everything looks beautiful and we are very pleased.

The work was done quite well. Care was taken to preserve the original finish. Final price was midway between low and highh estimate.
