Description of Work: First, Mr. Newby did not return my first call. I ran an errand and when I came home he was gone. Yet it was earlier than the amount of hours the deal covered. He did not paint one area that I asked to be painted. The paint did not cover well and it needed a second coat. I expected that he would see this and check back and see what I wanted to do about this. He didn't call and I didn't either. I decided if he didn't care enough to check back, I didn't want to use him again. (The date I gave is a guess as I don't recall the exact date.)
